Definitions

• a ball trajectory is estimated and visualized by means of a system of cameras placed around the playing area, and a computer calculating the coordinates of the ball along the axis X, Y, Z in time is employed. These coordinates later serve for approximate determination of the ball's impact in the playing area.
• the equipment subsequently processes all the information, visualizing to the chair umpire graphic representation but not a physical recording of the actual impact of the bail.
• the equipment may not precisely determine the ball's coordinates and, therefore, may display to the umpire graphic representation involving an erroneously determined impact of the ball.
