Abstract
L' invention concerne une prothèse vasculaire destinée à être introduite dans un vaisseau présentant une sténose ou un rétrécissement. Pour prévenir une resténose précoce et une thrombose tardive, une telle prothèse comporte un membre principal sensiblement tubulaire constitué d'un treillis non-résorbable (11) coopérant avec ses moyens bio-absorbables (12) comportant un ou plusieurs agents médicamenteux et un monomère ou polymère biocompatible stimulant une croissance cellulaire autour dudit treillis.
