Abstract

El ambientador está constituido por una cajita formada mediante el acoplamiento entre si de dos partes (1, 2) a modo de cazoletas acoplables ajustadamente entre si, y entre ellas un bloque de celulosa interno (5) impregnado de un perfume. El bloque de celulosa (5) queda separado tanto de los fondos de la cajita como de las paredes laterales, por medio de resaltes (6) previstos en el fondo de ambas piezas hembra (1) y macho (2), y mediante tabiques (7) previstos en la pieza macho (2) en proximidad a las paredes laterales la misma. La cajita cuenta con ventanas (9) de entrada de aire y (8) de salida del aire impregnado del perfume contenido en el bloque de celulosa (5). Exteriormente cuenta con unas conformaciones determinantes de una cola de milano (10) para sujeción de una pinza (11) que liberándose de ese soporte que forman las conformaciones (10) es susceptible de acoplarse en un rehundido externo del fondo de la pieza macho (2).

Description

AMBIENTADOR
D E S C R I P C I Ó N
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a un ambientador, previsto preferente y fundamentalmente para su aplicación en automóviles, sin descartar su utilización en cualquier otro habitáculo en el que sea factible su utilización.
El ambientador se materializa en una pequeña cajita formada por dos cazoletas acopladas entre si, una en el interior de la otra, y entre ambas un bloque de celulosa impregnado de perfume.
El objeto de la invención es conseguir una sencillez constructiva del ambientador y una fácil aplicación del mismo en el lugar en el que se disponga.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
En el modelo de utilidad español U 200601878 se describe una cajita colgante con ambientador incorporado que está formada por dos piezas, una en funciones de macho y otra en funciones de hembra, encajando ambas entre si, de manera que la pieza macho presenta una especie de acanaladura perimetral interna en la que encaja un reborde perimetral correspondiente al borde de la pieza macho, quedando ambas perfectamente acopladas entre si y retenidas convenientemente para evitar la apertura de la cajita por niños. Entre ambas partes constitutivas de la cajita, es decir entre la pieza macho y la pieza hembra, queda situado un bloque de celulosa impregnado de un perfume, de manera que a través de unas ventanas previstas en la parte inferior del plano correspondiente a la pieza macho y en la parte superior del plano correspondiente a la pieza hembra, se efectúa un paso de aire, que lógicamente se impregna del perfume del interior y sale por las ventanas de la pieza hembra, para perfumar el ambiente. Esta cajita cuenta con una solapa para llevar a cabo el colgado de la misma a través de un elemento de suspensión apropiado, pudiendo decirse que es utilizable preferente y fundamentalmente en vehículos automóviles, colgando la cajita del espejo retrovisor interno, aunque con el colgador apropiado podría suspenderse y ser aplicable en otro habitáculo.
El bloque de celulosa impregnado del perfume debe tener una configuración especial para permitir el paso del aire por el interior de la cajita, siendo los bordes perimetrales de ese bloque de celulosa ondulados, para posibilitar el paso del aire, y además cuenta con una ranura longitudinal que afecta a la mayor parte de su longitud, para facilitar igualmente el paso del aire y por lo tanto la impregnación de dicho aire con el perfume situado en el interior del bloque de celulosa, para salir al exterior por las ventanas correspondientes a la cajita. Evidentemente el confeccionar el bloque de celulosa con las ondulaciones y la ranura longitudinal, supone un encarecimiento en el proceso de fabricación.
Además la cajita no cuenta con medios para inmovilizar convenientemente ese bloque de celulosa, que queda siempre "bailando" en el interior de la cajita, o lo que es lo mismo sin ajustar convenientemente en dicho interior, salvo que el bloque presente un grosor elevado que corresponda a la profundidad total de la cajita. Otra característica que presenta el ambientador o cajita objeto de ese modelo de utilidad U 200601878, es que sobre la superficie externa de ambas partes o cazoletas va situada una etiqueta que puede llevar instrucciones de forma de uso, publicidad, etc, y cuyas etiquetas presentan un sector troquelado para permitir la independización de ese sector y dejar libres las ventanas para la entrada y salida del aire.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
El ambientador que se preconiza, basándose en el referido en el modelo anterior, es decir constituyéndose a partir de una cajita formada por dos cazoletas acoplables entre si, con ventanas para entrada y salida de aire, presenta una serie de mejoras e innovaciones que derivan en una mayor sencillez constructiva del bloque de celulosa donde va impregnado el perfume, de una mayor inmovilización de dicho bloque de celulosa en el interior de la cajita, y de una mejor aplicación en lo que se refiere a la disposición del ambientador en determinadas zonas o partes del vehículo.
Mas concretamente una de las características de la invención es que tanto en el fondo de la cazoleta correspondiente a la pieza en funciones de macho, como en el fondo correspondiente a la cazoleta en funciones de hembra, se han previsto unos resaltes en proximidad a las esquinas, que determinan medios de apoyo para el bloque de celulosa impregnado de perfume, estableciendo una separación de dicho bloque respecto de dichos fondos de la cajita, para posibilitar la circulación del aire y por lo tanto la impregnación de dicho aire con el perfume con que está impregnado el bloque de celulosa.
Además del fondo de la pieza en funciones de macho emergen, en proximidad a las paredes laterales, unos tabiques que delimitan el espacio de ubicación perimetral para el bloque de celulosa, quedando éste perfectamente ubicado en su lugar sin desplazamiento de ningún tipo, ya que queda bloqueado hacia todos los lados, es decir perimetralmente, por esos tabiques correspondientes al fondo de la pieza macho. Otra característica de novedad que presenta el ambientador de la invención es que tanto la pieza en funciones de macho como la pieza en funciones de hembra, presentan en uno de sus lados menores emergencias complementarias determinantes de una cola de milano en la que por una parte se establece un elemento de sujeción deslizante para un pinza destinada a sujetar el conjunto del ambientador, por ejemplo, en la rejilla de salida de aire establecida en el salpicadero del vehículo correspondiente, para lo cual dicha pinza, en el momento de uso, debe liberarse de su encaje en cola de milano, y acoplarse, a través de un tacón con que cuenta la base de la misma, en un rehundido de configuración especial establecido al efecto en la cara externa de la pieza en funciones de macho, rehundido que por el interior define una apertura perimetral, y además con dos tramos de diferente amplitud, para el alojamiento del tacón estrangulado previsto en la pinza y sujeción del conjunto de la cajita a esa pinza, y ésta poderse fijar, como se decía, sobre la rejilla del salpicadero de un automóvil.
Por su parte la etiqueta correspondiente a la cubrición de la superficie externa de la pieza macho comentada, presenta una zona de troquelado a través de la cual se liberarán las ventanas de entrada de aire, que se prolonga en un sector que oculta también el troquelado anteriormente comentado, de manera que desprendiendo esa zona troquelada, por una parte se liberan las ventanas de entrada de aire y por otra parte se libera el troquelado para permitir el montaje y fijación de la pinza sobre la cajita.
En base a las características anteriormente comentadas, el ambientador resulta mas práctico, tanto en lo que respecta a la forma de realizar el bloque de celulosa, como en lo que respecta a la aplicación o disposición de la cajita constitutiva de la invención en cualquier lugar, puesto que la cajita del modelo de utilidad citado como antecedente no permite su aplicación sobre la rejilla del salpicadero de un automóvil, de manera que mediante el ambientador de la invención éste se puede aplicar sobre la comentada rejilla del salpicadero y acelerar la intensidad perfumante, puesto que se ve sometida al flujo del aire saliente por esa rejilla del salpicadero.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva, como parte integrante de la misma, una figura en la cual con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente:
La figura 1.- Muestra una representación correspondiente a una perspectiva en explosión de las tres partes que participan en la constitución del ambientador objeto de la invención, y cuyas partes corresponden a las dos cazoletas acoplables entre si y al bloque de celulosa perfumado.
La figura 2.- Muestra una vista en perspectiva del ambientador de la invención incluyendo la pinza de sujeción del mismo, y cuya vista corresponde a la cara externa de la pieza hembra.
La figura 3.- Muestra otra vista en perspectiva, en este caso por la cara externa de la pieza macho, correspondiente al ambientador representado en la figura 2, pero sin la pinza.
La figura 4.- Muestra una vista en perspectiva como la de la figura 2, con la etiqueta troquelada cerrando las ventanas de salida. REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
Como se puede ver en las figuras referidas, el ambientador de la invención se constituye mediante dos piezas a modo de cazoletas (1, 2) acoplables entre si ajustadamente por enchufe, actuando la pieza (1) como pieza hembra y actuando la pieza (2) como pieza macho, es decir que se aloja ajustadamente en el interior de la anterior. La pieza hembra (1) presenta perimetralmente y en correspondencia con su fondo, un estrecho canal (3) de ubicación y acoplamiento de un reborde perimetral (4) correspondiente a la pieza macho (2), al objeto de que ambas piezas (1, 2) queden perfectamente acopladas entre si sin posibilidad de separarse a no ser que se realice, una vez acopladas, unas manipulaciones imposibles de realizar por un niño. La cajita que constituyen esas piezas (1, 2) aloja en su interior un bloque de celulosa (5) impregnado de un perfume, de manera que ese bloque de celulosa (5) queda separado de los fondos correspondientes a las piezas (1,2) como consecuencia de que dichos fondos están afectados de resaltes (6) en proximidad a los vértices, de manera que ese bloque de celulosa (5) al apoyarse entre los resaltes (6) de ambas piezas (1,2), queda separado de los fondos para permitir el paso del aire. Además, ese bloque de celulosa (5) queda separado de las paredes laterales como consecuencia de que la pieza macho (2) cuenta en proximidad a sus paredes laterales y desde el mismo fondo, con unos tabiques (7) que delimitan precisamente el contorno del bloque de celulosa (5), quedando éste perfectamente ajustado entre esos tabiques (7), inmovilizado entre los mismos y los resaltes (6) de los fondos correspondientes a las piezas (1, 2).
La pieza hembra (1) presenta en su fondo unas ventanas (8) para salida del aire, mientras que la pieza macho (2) presenta igualmente en su fondo unas ventanas (9), pero situadas en contraposición a las ventanas (8), es decir en la parte inferior, al objeto de que el aire penetre por las ventanas (9) inferiores de la pieza macho (2), discurra por el interior de la cajita y salga por las ventanas superiores (8) de la pieza hembra (1), y así impregnar el ambiente del perfume que haya arrastrado el aire circulante por el interior de la cajita.
Ambas piezas (1,2) cuentan en uno de sus extremos con unas conformaciones (10), a las que son acoplables una de las ramas laterales de una pinza (11) que presenta unos dentados (12) en ambas ramas para la fijación o sujeción sobre, por ejemplo, la rejilla de salida de aire de un salpicadero de automóvil, y cuya pinza (11) cuenta en su base con un tacón (13) que emerge de un estrangulamiento (14) como parte entre el tacón (13) y la base de dicha pinza (11). Antes de su aplicación, el ambientador dispondrá de la pinza (11) referida retenida en el soporte que constituye la cola de milano formada por las dos partes complementarias (10) de las piezas hembra (1) y macho (2), mientras que cuando vaya a utilizarse se liberará la pinza (1 1) de ese soporte y se dispondrá, a través de su tacón (13), en un rehundido externo (15) del fondo de la pieza macho (2), y cuyo rehundido es abierto hacia el interior y además formado por dos tramos, uno para alojar y permitir el deslizamiento del tacón (13) de la pinza (11), y el otro para retener ese tacón (13) a través del tramo estrangulado (14) que queda alojado en el tramo mas estrecho de ese rehundido (15).
Asimismo decir que la pieza macho (2) presenta en su base o fondo y perimetralmente, un reborde (16) que establece el límite de penetración en su acoplamiento sobre la pieza hembra (1). Finalmente decir que la superficie externa correspondiente al fondo de las piezas hembra (1) y macho (2) presenta unas etiquetas (17) que pueden incorporar publicidad, así como instrucciones de uso, etiquetas que presentan un troquelado que delimita unos sectores (18) para cubrir las ventanas (8, 9) de dichas piezas macho (2) y hembra (1), siendo esos sectores retirables para liberar la ventana y permitir el trasiego del aire del exterior al interior y del interior al exterior, a través de las comentadas ventanas, afectando el troquelado de la etiqueta correspondiente a la superficie externa de la pieza macho (2) a una zona que cubre también el rehundido (15) de dicho fondo.

Claims

R E I V I N D I C A C I O N E S
1. - Ambientador, constituido mediante una cajita formada por el acoplamiento ajustado entre si de dos piezas a modo de cazoletas (1, 2), la primera en funciones de hembra y la segunda en funciones de macho, alojando en el interior un bloque de celulosa (5) impregnado de un perfume que se difunde al exterior a través de la impregnación del aire que penetra por unas ventanas (9) establecidas en la parte inferior del fondo de la pieza macho (2), saliendo por unas ventanas (8) previstas en el fondo de la parte superior de la pieza hembra (1), contando dichas piezas (1, 2) con medios de acoplamiento y retención (3, 4) para mantener intacta la cajita y en su interior el bloque de celulosa (5) impregnado de perfume, caracterizado porque tanto el fondo de la pieza hembra (1) como el fondo de la pieza macho (2) presentan, en proximidad a las esquinas, unos resaltes internos (6) de apoyo para el bloque de celulosa (5), quedando éste separado de ambos fondos de la cajita formada por esas piezas hembra (1) y macho (2); habiéndose previsto además que del fondo de la pieza macho (2) emerjan en proximidad y paralelamente a las paredes, unos tabiques (7) que delimitan un espacio de ubicación e inmovilización para el bloque de celulosa (5), permitiendo, en combinación con los resaltes (6) de los fondos, la libre circulación del aire por el interior de la cajita y correspondiente impregnación del perfume impregnado en el bloque de celulosa (5); habiéndose previsto además que uno de los lados menores de las piezas macho (2) y hembra (1), presenten externamente unas conformaciones enfrentadas (10) que establecen una cola de milano de soporte para una pinza (11) susceptible de acoplarse en un rehundido (15) previsto en el fondo y externamente de la pieza macho (2).
2. - Ambientador, según reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la pinza (1 1) está determinada por dos ramas convergentes entre si y entre ellas unos dentados (12) para la sujeción, presentando en su base un tacón (13) con un estrangulamiento (14) como medio separador de dicho tacón (13) respecto de la base de la pinza (11), para montarse dicha pinza, a través del tacón (13), en el rehundido (15) establecido en la parte externa del fondo de la pieza macho (2).
3. - Ambientador, según reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque el rehundido (15) del fondo de la pieza macho (2) presenta dos tramos con distinta anchura, para la introducción del tacón (13) de la pinza (11), el deslizamiento de ésta y correspondiente sujeción de la misma sobre el tramo mas estrecho de dicho rehundido externo (15).
4. - Ambientador, según reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque sobre la superficie externa correspondiente al fondo de las piezas macho (2) y pieza hembra (1), se han previsto sendas etiquetas de obturación de las ventanas (8, 9) previstas en dicha pieza hembra (1) y pieza macho (2), con la particularidad de que esas etiquetas presentan un troquelado para liberar las partes de obturación de las ventanas (8, 9) correspondientes, troquelado que se extiende por la etiqueta situada sobre la superficie externa del fondo de la pieza macho (2) en una amplitud apropiada para cubrir y obturar el rehundido externo (15) para montaje de la pinza (1 1).
