Abstract

L'invention concerne un détecteur à capture d'électrons pouvant effectuer une analyse précise, même d'un échantillon de gaz présentant une concentration élevée en substances électrophiles. Selon une configuration fournie, lorsqu'un gaz d'appoint est distribué par un trajet d'alimentation en gaz d'appoint (12) à l'intérieur d'une chambre de cellule (11), le gaz dans la chambre de cellule (11) est sous pression. Par conséquent, le taux de contact entre le gaz d'appoint et le rayonnement à l'intérieur de la chambre de cellule (11) augmente, et il est possible d'augmenter la quantité d'électrons émis dans la chambre de cellule (11).
