Abstract

본 발명은 가시광선 영역에서 백색이면서 근적외선 영역의 파장을 흡수하는 백색물질과 그 제조방법 및 이용에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 가시광선 영역에서 백색도(CIE L*) 값이 90이상이면서 입자 제조 특성이 우수한 근적외선 흡수 물질을 제조하는 방법과 이 물질의 근적외선 흡수 특성과 항균특성을 부가한 제품의 제조 이용에 관한 것이다. 이러한 발명의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 근적외선 흡수와 항균 특성을 가지고 있은 피로인산구리화합물을 선정하였는데, 종래의 기술과 방법으로 제조된 물질은 녹색내지 청색의 색상을 가지고 있어 사용상에 제약을 가지고 있었지만, 본 발명으로 백색도가 높고 미세입자 특성이 우수한 물질을 제조하여 색상으로 인한 제약 요소를 해결할 수 있었다. 이렇게 제조된 피로인산구리화합물은 근적외선 흡수 특성을 이용한 보안제품의 위조방지, 변조방지, 기기감지 등과 플라스틱의 레이저 마킹, 레이저 용접 등과 이를 첨가한 제품에 항균성을 부여하는 등의 다양한 이용 및 응용 효과가 있다.
