Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un ginsénoside à partir d'une racine adventive dérivée de Gynostemma pentaphyllum. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un ginsénoside à partir d'une racine adventive dérivée de Gynostemma pentaphyllum, le procédé comprenant : une étape de formation de la racine adventive à partir de Gynostemma pentaphyllum ; et une étape de séparation du ginsénoside de la racine adventive. Le procédé utilise la racine adventive dérivée de Gynostemma pentaphyllum, qui n'a jusqu'ici pas été utilisée dans la production de ginsénosides, pour produire le ginsénoside, et peut donc être utilement utilisée dans le commerce.
