Abstract
La présente invention concerne le domaine des aliments, de préférence, un additif probiotique pour aliment solide déshydraté, notamment, une céréale ; un procédé de préparation dudit additif et un aliment solide déshydraté le contenant. De préférence, l'additif probiotique est recouvert d'au moins une couche d'agent filmogène et d'au moins une couche d'agent protecteur osmotique, ledit agent filmogène étant choisi parmi un hydrocolloïde naturel, de préférence, un alginate ou une huile d'origine végétale, et ledit agent protecteur osmotique étant choisi parmi un sucre monosaccharide ou disaccharide, de préférence, ledit sucre monosaccharide étant du glucose et ledit sucre disaccharide étant un tréhalose.
