Description

一种叠衣机及控制方法 技术领域
本发明属于衣物处理领域,具体地说,涉及一种叠衣机及控制方法。
背景技术
在日常的家居生活中,需要将晾干的衣物或制作好的衣物折叠存储,生活中人们叠衣一般通过手动折叠,由于社会发展生活节奏的加快,用于做家务的时间减少,晾好的衣物随意堆放,既造成收纳空间的浪费,又对衣物造成损伤;生活水平的提高也带来了衣物的种类的增加,用户并不能掌握针对不同衣物的折叠以及收纳的技巧,以至于折叠后的衣物并不能得到较好的保护,折叠不平整的衣物在穿着前仍需要熨烫,因而有必要提供一种体积小、自动化程度高并且外形美观的叠衣机供家庭使用日常需要穿着的衣物种类众多,工业上使用的叠衣机仅能提供单一的程序对特定的衣物类型进行折叠,并不能为家庭用户带来便利,因而市场上缺少一种更加智能化的适合折叠不同类型衣物的叠衣机。
目前叠衣机的具有如下缺点:其一,目前叠衣机的设计上主要是采用“叠衣板”的叠衣方式,该种折叠方式存在一些问题,倘若折衣板仅仅是一块实心板,当折衣板将衣物的一边折好回到初始位置后,由于衣物与折衣板之间存在一定的吸附作用,衣物会跟着折衣板回到初始位置,大大影响了叠衣的成型效果。同时,由于衣物具有一定厚度,折衣板的一端翻转后并不能完全与衣物贴合,无法将衣物全面压平,也无法得到较好的成型效果。其二,叠衣机在叠衣机构的设计上主要是采用“叠衣板”的叠衣方式,该种折叠方式在折衣板上将衣物折叠好后,需要翻动中间两块翻版将衣物掉落到衣物收纳板上,多件折叠收纳完成后,将折叠好的衣物一同取出。在衣物折叠好掉落到衣物收纳版的过程中,衣物会被抖散,导致最终的衣物成型效果比较差。其三,由于衣物长度不一,若将不同长度衣物平铺到叠衣平台相同的位置,并按照相同的叠衣方式进行折叠,则会造成衣物折叠效果不好,衣物折叠不规范,整齐度差,客户体验感差。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能减小衣物与折叠板的吸附作用,协助叠衣板将衣物全面压平,获得更好衣物成型效果,以及能避免衣物从折叠单元 落入收纳单元过程中衣物易被抖散的情况,提高已叠衣物成型效果,并且能根据衣物长度来确控制衣物在折叠平台上的停留位置,从而保证不同长度衣物在相同或不同的折叠程序下均能获得整齐规范的叠衣效果的叠衣机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的第一目的提出了一种叠衣机,包括折叠单元,所述折叠单元包括折叠平台,所述折叠平台包括叠衣板,所述叠衣板上设置有辅助衣物折叠的辅助折叠机构。
进一步的,所述叠衣板包括折叠翻板,所述辅助折叠机构包括设置在所述折叠翻板上用来辅助衣物压平的第一辅助筋。

4、本发明通过设置衣物运送装置将衣物从折叠平台运送到收纳平台上,避免衣物直接落入收纳平台上时衣物被抖散而成型效果差的问题。
5、本发明通过将衣物运送装置的取衣板可移动的最高距离为设置在与折叠平台平齐的位置,且折叠平台将衣物折叠后可直接落在取衣翻板上,省去了通过下落翻板翻折而使衣物掉落的过程,进一步保证已叠衣物落入取衣板上时的成型效果。
6、本发明通过将取衣板设置为可朝相反方向滑动的第一取衣板和第二取衣板,衣物从取衣板落入收纳平台前,第一取衣板和第二取衣板朝相反方向滑动形成开口,衣物从开口落在收纳平台,保证衣物落入收纳平台的成型效果。
4、本发明的衣物运送装置的支撑结构为设置在收纳平台四周边缘的伸缩杆,且收纳平台、 伸缩杆以及取衣板之间形成衣物通道,已叠衣物通过衣物通道收纳于收纳平台上,且已叠衣物限位于所述通道中,从而保证已叠衣物在收纳平台不断堆积的过程中不会倾倒,进一步保证已叠衣物的成型效果。

一种叠衣机,包括折叠单元和衣物收纳单元,所述衣物收纳单元位于折叠单元的下方,衣物在折叠单元进行折叠后进入衣物收纳单元中进行收纳。如图1和图3所示,所述折叠单元包括折叠平台,所述折叠平台包括叠衣板,所述叠衣板包括对衣身进行折叠的衣身翻板111,对衣袖进行折叠的位于衣身翻板111两侧的衣侧翻板112,以及对衣尾进行翻折的衣尾翻板114,所述叠衣板还包括下落翻板113,所述下落翻板113位于衣身翻板111和衣尾翻板114之间,通过所述衣侧翻板112、衣尾翻板114以及衣身翻板111的依次翻折后的衣物位于下落翻板113上,所述下落翻板113向下翻折,使折叠好的衣物落入衣物收纳单元中进行收纳。所述衣侧翻板112、衣身翻板111、衣尾翻板114以及下落翻板113围成矩形结构。所述衣尾翻板114的宽度可设置为与衣身翻板111相同,位于两侧衣侧翻板112之间;或者所述衣尾翻板114位于衣侧翻板112的底部外侧,其宽度为衣身翻板111与两侧衣侧翻板112之和。如图3所示,所述衣侧翻板112靠近衣尾翻板114的一端还设置有衣袖收拢侧板116,所述衣袖收拢侧板116的外侧边缘向衣尾方向倾斜,形成收拢导向边1161,衣物沿箭头方向平铺在折叠平台的过程中,衣物的衣袖与衣袖收拢侧板116接触,在衣袖导向边的作用下,衣物两侧衣袖向内收拢。衣物边收拢边向叠衣板方向移动,最终衣袖被完全收拢,使衣物平整铺在叠衣板上。如图3所示,在所述衣尾翻板114的外侧边缘还设置有衣物引导板117,用来引导衣物平铺与折叠平台上。
但由于衣物具有一定厚度,远离叠衣板旋转轴的一端在翻转后并不能完全与衣物贴合,无法对衣物进行全面压平。同时,衣物和叠衣板之间具有一定的吸附作用,当叠衣板将衣物折叠后回到初始位置时,由于衣物与叠衣板之间的贴合作用,衣物会跟着叠衣板回到初始位置,大大影响了衣物的成型效果。因此,在所述叠衣板上设置辅助衣物折叠的辅助折叠机构,可实现对衣物的全面压平,以及减少衣物与叠衣板之间的吸附作用,从而实现对衣物更好的压平效果和成型效果。
进一步的,所述辅助折叠机构包括设置在所述折叠翻板上用来辅助衣物压平的第一辅助筋。如图1所示,所述第一辅助筋设置在衣侧翻板112和/或衣身翻板111上。如图1和图2所示,所述衣身翻板111包括使衣身翻板111翻折的衣身旋转端,所述衣身翻板111上设置多条第一辅助筋1111,所述多条第一辅助筋1111沿垂直于衣身旋转端的方向间隔均布设置,且每条第一辅助筋1111的高度由靠近衣身旋转端的方向向远离衣身旋转端的方向逐渐增高。由于衣身具有一定厚度,将远离衣身旋转端的第一辅助筋1111的高度设置为高于靠近衣身旋转端的高度,从而在衣身翻板111翻折后,可以保证衣身翻板111对衣身进行全面压平。
如图1所示,所述衣侧翻板112包括使衣侧翻板112翻折的衣侧旋转端,所述衣侧翻板112上设置多条第一辅助筋1121,所述多条第一辅助筋1121沿平行于衣侧旋转端的方向间隔均布设置,且靠近衣侧旋转端的第一辅助筋1121的高度小于远离衣侧旋转端的第一辅助筋1121的高度。由于衣袖具有一定厚度,将远离衣侧旋转端的第一辅助筋1121的高度设置为高于靠近衣侧旋转端的第一辅助筋1121的高度,从而在衣袖翻板翻折后,可以保证衣身翻板111对衣袖进行全面压平。
进一步的,如图1所示,所述第一辅助筋还可设置在衣尾翻板114上,所述衣尾翻板114包括使衣尾翻板114翻折的衣尾旋转端,所述衣尾翻板114上设置多条第一辅助筋1141,所述多条第一辅助筋1141沿垂直于衣尾旋转端的方向间隔均布设置,且每条第一辅助筋1141的高度由靠近衣尾旋转端的方向向远离衣尾旋转端的方向逐渐增高;由于衣尾具有一定厚度,将远离衣尾旋转端的第一辅助筋1141的高度设置为高于靠近衣尾旋转端的高度,从而在衣身翻板111翻折后,可以保证衣身翻板111对衣尾进行全面压平。优选的,所述衣尾翻板114的宽度等于衣身翻板111的宽度。
进一步的,如图1所示,所述辅助折叠机构还包括设置在所述下落翻板113上用来减小衣物与下落翻板113摩擦力的第二辅助筋1131;所述下落翻板113包括第一翻板和第二翻板,所述第一翻板和第二翻板从中间向下部翻折在折叠平台上形成开口令衣物掉落,所述第二辅 助筋1131设置在第一翻板和第二翻板上。所述下落翻板113包括使第一翻板和第二翻板向下翻折的下落旋转端,所述第二辅助筋1131垂直于下落旋转端设置;优选的,所述第二辅助筋1131为凸出于第一翻板和第二翻板,并垂直于下落旋转端的方向间隔均布设置的多条圆形筋,用来减小衣物与下落翻板113之间的接触面积,减小衣物下落过程中的摩擦力,可以更好保证衣物的成型效果。
进一步的,如图1、2所示,所述辅助折叠机构还包括开设在叠衣板上防止衣物和叠衣板粘连的若干通气孔115。由于衣物与叠衣板之间存在吸附作用,叠衣板完成叠衣动作后,回到初始位置时,由于衣物与叠衣板之间的贴合作用,衣物会跟着叠衣板回到初始位置,大大影响了衣物的成型效果。在叠衣板上开设通气孔115可在叠衣物的过程中排除衣物与叠衣板之间的空气,减小了衣物与叠衣板之间的吸附作用,使衣物的成型效果更好。所述若干通气孔115沿第一辅助筋和/或第二辅助筋1131的一侧/两侧均布设置;所述通气孔115设置于衣身翻板111、和/或衣侧翻板112、和/或衣尾翻板114上。
实施例2
如图4和图5所示的一种叠衣机,包括折叠单元1和衣物收纳单元2,所述衣物收纳单元2设置在折叠单元1的下部,待叠衣物3在折叠单元1进行折叠后进入衣物收纳单元2中进行收纳。为了防止已叠衣物4进入收纳单元2的过程中衣物被抖散,为了获得更好的成型效果,所述衣物收纳单元2还包括衣物运送装置,所述衣物运送装置将折叠单元1折叠好的衣物运送到衣物收纳单元2中进行收纳。
进一步的,所述折叠单元1包括折叠平台11,待叠衣物3被平铺在折叠平台11上进行折叠,所述衣物收纳单元2包括收纳平台23,所述衣物运送装置设置在折叠平台11和收纳平台23之间将折叠平台11折叠好的衣物运送到收纳平台23进行收纳。
进一步的,所述衣物运送装置包括取衣板21和支撑结构,所述取衣板21设置在支撑结构上。所述支撑结构为可升降设置,通过所述支撑结构的升降来调节取衣板21的高度;可以通过在衣物收纳单元2的两侧壳体的竖直方向上分别设置轨道,所述支撑结构为沿水平设置的两根支撑柱,所述支撑柱可沿所述轨道上下移动,所述取衣板21设置在两根支撑柱上。在支撑柱沿轨道在折叠平台11和收纳平台23之间上下移动的过程中,同时也带动取衣板21上下移动,从而将折叠平台11上已经折叠好的衣物运动到收纳平台23上进行收纳。
或者所述支撑结构为可伸缩设置,通过所述支撑结构的伸缩来调节取衣板21的高度;所述伸缩结构为设置在所述收纳平台23外侧边缘的多根伸缩杆22,所述多根伸缩杆22、取衣 平台以及收纳平台23之间围成衣物通道,所述取衣板21上的衣物从所述通道落在收纳平台23上,已叠衣物4始终限位于所述通道中,在衣物不断堆积的过程中,即使已叠衣物4越堆越高,但始终不会散落,从而保证已叠衣物4始终处于整齐的状态进一步保证衣物的成型效果。
优选的,所述取衣板21在支撑结构的带动下移动的最高位置为与所述折叠平台11平齐,所述取衣板21在支撑结构的带动下移动的最低位置为移动到收纳平台23处,从而减小衣物从折叠平台11进入取衣板21之间的高度差,以及减小取衣板21和收纳平台23之间的高度差,衣物在折叠平台11、取衣板21以及收纳平台23之间传送过程中不会被抖散。
进一步的,如图7和图8所示,所述取衣板21包括第一取衣板211和第一取衣板212,所述伸缩杆22与所述第一取衣板211和第一取衣板212相接触的一端设置有滑轨24,所述第一取衣板211和第一取衣板212分别设置在滑轨24上,第一取衣板211和第一取衣板212沿滑轨24朝相反的方向滑动形成开口,取衣板21上的衣物从所述开口落在收纳平台23上。
进一步的,如图6所示,所述折叠平台11包折叠翻板,所述折叠翻板包括两个衣侧翻板112和衣身翻板111,所述衣身翻板111位于两个衣侧翻板112之间,所述衣侧翻板112与所述衣身翻板111围成凹字型,所述取衣板21在伸缩杆22的带动下移动的最高位置为移动到凹字形的开口处,衣物在折叠平台11折叠后刚好落在取衣板21上。
或者,所述折叠平台11包括叠衣板,所述叠衣板包括两个衣侧翻板112和衣身翻板111,所述衣身翻板111位于两个衣侧翻板112之间,两个衣侧翻板112之间还设置有下落翻板和衣尾翻板114,所述下落翻板位于衣身翻板111和衣尾翻板114之间,待叠衣物3在折叠平台11折叠成型后搞好位于下落翻板上,所述下落翻板包括第一翻板和第二翻板,衣侧两侧翻板与下落翻板相接触的一边设置有滑轨24,所述第一翻板和第二翻板分别设置在滑轨24上,第一翻板和第二翻板可沿滑轨24朝相反的方向滑动形成开口,下落翻板上的衣物从所述开口落在衣物运送装置的取衣板21上。或者仅包括一个下落翻板,与所述下落相接触的衣身翻板111的一边,或衣侧翻板112的一边,或衣尾翻板114的一边设置有滑轨24,所述下落翻板设置在滑轨24上,衣物折叠完成并位于下落翻板上时,下落翻板沿滑轨24朝衣身翻板111移动,或朝衣侧翻板112移动,或朝衣尾方向移动,从而形成开口,衣物从所述开口落在取衣板21板上。
进一步的,所述取衣板21下表面设置有感应装置,用来感应收纳平台23上的衣物。当取衣板21上有衣物时,衣物运送装置开始向下移动,取衣板21下部的感应装置开始对收纳 平台23上的衣物进行感应,当感应装置感应到衣物时衣物运送装置停止移动,未感应到衣物时保持移动直到取衣板21移动到收纳平台23处。
本发明另一目的还提出了一种上述叠衣机的控制方法,控制所述衣物运送装置将折叠单元1折叠好的衣物运送到衣物收纳单元2中进行收纳。
进一步的,当衣物运送装置的取衣板21升高到折叠平台11处时,控制叠衣机将待折叠的衣物平铺在折叠平台11上,折叠平台11将衣物折叠后,折叠好的衣物刚好位于取衣板21上。
进一步的,所述折叠平台11完成衣物折叠动作后控制取衣板21下降,当取衣板21上的感应装置感应到收纳平台23上已收纳好的衣物时取衣板21停止下降,控制第一取衣板211和第一取衣板212沿滑轨24朝相反的方向滑动,使衣物落入到已收纳好的衣物的上方;若未感应到衣物则控制取衣板21持续下降直到到达收纳平台23处,此时控制第一取衣板211和第一取衣板212沿滑轨24朝相反方向滑动,使衣物落到收纳平台23上。
实施例3
如图9所示的一种叠衣机,包括折叠平台11,还包括用来夹持待叠衣物3的机械手5以及带动机械手5沿折叠平台11方向运行的电机118,机械手5将待叠衣物3夹持并在电机118的带动下将夹持的衣物平铺在折叠平台11上进行折叠,由于衣物具有不同的长度,若不同长度衣物在折叠平台11上的位置相同,在相同的折叠方式下,不同长度的衣物的成型效果就不同,整齐度也较差,因此需要根据衣物长度来控制衣物在折叠平台11上的位置来达到更好的折叠效果,以及使不同长度的衣物折叠后具有统一规整的形状,本发明通过在叠衣机上设置衣物长度检测装置120,通过衣物长度检测装置120检测待折叠衣物的长度来控制衣物在折叠平台11上的停留位置。所述衣物长度检测装置120可设置在叠衣机的任意位置,可以通过待叠衣物3在悬挂过程中直接测量衣物长度,或者通过对待叠衣物3进行扫描获得衣物长度信息等。
进一步的,所述折叠平台11上设置用来感应衣尾的衣尾传感器119,机械手5夹持衣物并将衣物沿箭头所示方向平铺在折叠平台11的过程中衣,长度检测装置120启动检测,当衣尾传感器119检测到衣尾时,长度检测装置120结束检测,从而获得衣物长度信息;优选的,所述折叠平台11上设置叠衣翻板,所述叠衣翻板包括衣身翻板、衣侧翻板、衣尾翻板和下落翻板,所述衣尾传感器119设置在衣尾翻板上,所述长度检测装置120设置在衣身翻板上。
进本发明的另一目的在于提出上述叠衣机的控制方法,通过检测待折叠衣物的长度来控制衣物在折叠平台11上的停留位置,从而可以保证不同长度衣物在相同的折叠程序下均能获得较好的叠衣效果,从而保证不同长度衣物折叠后形状统一、规范和整齐。
进一步的,所述叠衣板包括长度为A的衣身翻板,长度为B的下落翻板,当衣物长度L≤A+B时,控制衣物的衣尾停留在下落翻板上,折叠衣物时衣侧翻板、衣尾翻板和衣身翻板依次动作或衣尾翻板不动作,最终由下落翻板完成落衣动作。为了避免对叠衣程序进行更改而带来不必要的麻烦,优选折叠衣物时衣侧翻板、衣尾翻板和衣身翻板依次动作。
进一步的,当衣物长度L=A+B时,控制衣物的衣领停留在衣身翻板的外侧边缘处,由于衣尾翻板上无衣物,衣尾翻板可空载翻折或不动作,衣身翻板对折。
进一步的,当衣物长度L<A+B时,,控制衣物的中部停留在衣身翻板和下落翻板的中间,叠衣时由于衣尾翻板上无衣物,衣尾翻板可空载翻折或不动作,衣身翻板对折,呈现下长上短,或下短上长的形状。
进一步的,所述折叠翻板还包括长度为C的衣尾翻板,当衣物长度L≥A+B+C时,控制衣物的衣领停留在衣身翻板的外侧边缘处,由于衣物有部分伸出衣尾翻板外,此时折叠衣物时衣侧翻板、衣尾翻板和衣身翻板依次动作,最终由下落翻板完成落衣动作。
进一步的,当A+B<L<A+B+C时,则通过比较长度X与预设值的大小来控制衣物在折叠平台11上的位置,其中长度X=L-A-B,即衣物超出衣身翻板和下落翻板的长度,预设值为衣尾部位落入衣尾翻板的长度能完成折叠的最小长度,预设值=C/N,优选,N≥2,折叠衣物时衣侧翻板、衣尾翻板和衣身翻板依次动作,最终由下落翻板完成落衣动作。
进一步的,当X<预设值时,说明当机械手5将衣物拉至衣身翻板的外侧边缘时,衣物超出衣身翻板和下落翻板的长度的部分在衣尾翻板上无法完成折叠,则控制衣物在折叠平台11上的进衣距离小于或等于衣身长度与预设值之和,机械手5夹持衣物后将衣物平铺在折叠平台11上,此过程中衣物沿折叠平台11行进的距离即为进衣距离。当衣物的进衣距离小于或等于衣身长度与预设值之和时,此时衣物的衣领在达到衣身翻板外侧边缘之前已停止移动,且衣尾位于衣尾翻板上的衣物长度足以完成折叠。
或者,当X<预设值时,控制机械手5将衣物的衣领拉至衣身翻板的外侧边缘,由于位于衣尾翻板上的衣物长度较小,衣物折叠后对衣物整体的成型度影响不大,此时可以控制衣尾翻板不动作,仅衣侧翻板和衣身翻板依次动作,最终由下落翻板完成落衣动作。
进一步的,当X≥预设值时,由于位于衣尾翻板上的衣物长度足以完成折叠,则控制衣物的衣领停留在衣身翻板的外侧边缘处。

  1. 一种叠衣机,其特征在于,包括折叠单元,所述折叠单元包括折叠平台,所述折叠平台包括叠衣板,所述叠衣板上设置有辅助衣物折叠的辅助折叠机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种叠衣机,其特征在于,所述叠衣板包括折叠翻板,所述辅助折叠机构包括设置在所述折叠翻板上用来辅助衣物压平的第一辅助筋。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种叠衣机,其特征在于,所述折叠翻板包括至少两个衣侧翻板和衣身翻板,所述衣侧翻板设置于折叠平台的两侧,所述衣身翻板设置于两侧衣侧翻板之间,所述第一辅助筋设置在衣身翻板,和/或衣侧翻板上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种叠衣机,其特征在于,所述衣身翻板包括使衣身翻板翻折的衣身旋转端,当第一辅助筋设置在衣身翻板上时,所述第一辅助筋垂直于衣身旋转端设置;
    优选的,所述衣身翻板上设置多条第一辅助筋,所述多条第一辅助筋沿垂直于衣身旋转端的方向间隔均布设置,且每条第一辅助筋的高度由靠近衣身旋转端的方向向远离衣身旋转端的方向逐渐增高。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种叠衣机,其特在于,所述衣侧翻板包括使衣侧翻板翻折的衣侧旋转端,当第一辅助筋设置在衣侧翻板上时所述第一辅助筋平行于衣侧旋转端设置;
    优选的,所述衣侧翻板上设置多条第一辅助筋,所述多条第一辅助筋沿平行于衣侧旋转端的方向间隔均布设置,且靠近衣侧旋转端的第一辅助筋的高度小于远离衣侧旋转端的第一辅助筋的高度。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种叠衣机,其特征在于,所述折叠翻板还包括衣尾翻板,所述衣尾翻板设置于折叠平台远离衣身翻板的一侧,所述第一辅助筋还可设置在衣尾翻板上;
    优选的,所述衣尾翻板包括使衣尾翻板翻折的衣尾旋转端,所述衣尾翻板上设置多条第一辅助筋,所述多条第一辅助筋沿垂直于衣尾旋转端的方向间隔均布设置,且每条第一辅助筋的高度由靠近衣尾旋转端的方向远离衣尾旋转端的方向逐渐增高;
    优选的,所述衣尾翻板的宽度等于衣身翻板的宽度。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6任意所述的一种叠衣机,其特征在于,所述叠衣板还包括下落翻板,所述辅助折叠机构还包括设置在所述下落翻板上用来减小衣物与下落翻板摩擦力的第二辅助筋;
    优选的,所述下落翻板包括第一翻板和第二翻板,所述第一翻板和第二翻板从中间向下 部翻折在折叠平台上形成开口令衣物掉落,所述第二辅助筋设置在第一翻板和第二翻板上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种叠衣机,其特征在于,所述下落翻板包括使第一翻板和第二翻板向下翻折的下落旋转端,所述第二辅助筋垂直于下落旋转端设置;
    优选的,所述第一翻板和第二翻板上设置多条第二辅助筋,所述多条第二辅助筋沿垂直于下落旋转端的方向间隔均布设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任意所述的一种叠衣机,其特征在于,所述辅助折叠机构还包括开设在叠衣板上防止衣物和叠衣板粘连的若干通气孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种叠衣机,其特征在于,所述若干通气孔沿第一辅助筋和/或第二辅助筋的一侧/两侧均布设置;
    优选的,所述通气孔设置于衣身翻板、和/或衣侧翻板、和/或衣尾翻板上。
  11. 一种叠衣机,其特征在于,包括折叠单元和衣物收纳单元,所述衣物收纳单元还包括衣物运送装置,所述衣物运送装置将折叠单元折叠好的衣物运送到衣物收纳单元中进行收纳。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种叠衣机,其特征在于,所述折叠单元包括折叠平台,所述衣物收纳单元包括收纳平台,所述衣物运送装置设置在折叠平台和收纳平台之间将折叠平台折叠好的衣物运送到收纳平台进行收纳,优选的,所述衣物收纳单元设置在折叠单元的下部。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的一种叠衣机,其特征在于,所述衣物运送装置包括取衣板和可伸缩的支撑结构,所述取衣板设置在支撑结构上,通过所述支撑结构的伸缩来调节取衣板的高度;
    优选的,所述取衣板在支撑结构的带动下移动的最高位置为与所述折叠平台平齐,所述取衣板在支撑结构的带动下移动的最低位置为移动到收纳平台处。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种叠衣机,其特征在于,所述伸缩结构为设置在所述收纳平台外侧边缘的多根伸缩杆,所述多根伸缩杆、取衣平台以及收纳平台之间围成衣物通道,所述取衣板上的衣物从所述通道落在收纳平台上。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一种叠衣机,其特征在于,所述取衣板包括第一取衣板和第二取衣板,所述伸缩杆与所述第一取衣板和第二取衣板相接触的一端设置有滑轨,所述第一取衣板和第二取衣板分别设置在滑轨上,第一取衣板和第二取衣板沿滑轨朝相反的方向滑动 形成开口,取衣板上的衣物从所述开口落在收纳平台上。
  16. 根据权利要求11-15任一所述的一种叠衣机,其特征在于,所述折叠平台包折叠翻板,所述折叠翻板包括两个衣侧翻板和衣身翻板,所述衣身翻板位于两个衣侧翻板之间,所述衣侧翻板与所述衣身翻板围成凹字型,所述取衣板在伸缩杆的带动下移动的最高位置为移动到凹字形的开口处,衣物在折叠平台折叠后刚好落在取衣板上。
  17. 根据权利要求11-16任一所述的一种叠衣机,其特征在于,所述取衣板下表面设置有感应装置,用来感应收纳平台上的衣物。
  18. 一种权利要求11-17任一所述叠衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,控制所述衣物运送装置将折叠单元折叠好的衣物运送到衣物收纳单元中进行收纳。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的一种叠衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,当衣物运送装置的取衣板升高到折叠平台处时,控制叠衣机将待折叠的衣物平铺在折叠平台上,折叠平台将衣物折叠后,折叠好的衣物刚好位于取衣板上。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的一种叠衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,所述折叠平台完成衣物折叠动作后控制取衣板下降,当取衣板上的感应装置感应到收纳平台上已收纳好的衣物时取衣板停止下降,控制第一取衣板和第二取衣板沿滑轨朝相反的方向滑动,使衣物落入到已收纳好的衣物的上方;若未感应到衣物则控制取衣板持续下降直到到达收纳平台处,此时控制第一取衣板和第二取衣板沿滑轨朝相反方向滑动,使衣物落到收纳平台上。
  21. 一种叠衣机,其特征在于,包括折叠平台,衣物被平铺在折叠平台上进行折叠,所述叠衣机上还设置有衣物长度检测装置,通过衣物长度检测装置检测待折叠衣物的长度来控制衣物在折叠平台上的停留位置。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的一种叠衣机,其特征在于,所述折叠平台上设置用来感应衣尾的衣尾传感器,衣物开始在折叠平台平铺时,长度检测装置启动检测,当衣尾传感器检测到衣尾时,长度检测装置结束检测,获得衣物长度信息;
    优选的,所述折叠平台上设置叠衣板,所述叠衣板包括衣身翻板、衣侧翻板、衣尾翻板和下落翻板,所述衣尾传感器设置在衣尾翻板上,所述长度检测装置设置在衣身翻板上。
  23. 一种权利要求21或22所述叠衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,通过检测待折叠衣物的长度来控制衣物在折叠平台上的停留位置。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的一种叠衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,所述叠衣板包括长度
