Abstract

La présente invention concerne, de manière générale, les enzymes à activité polysaccharide oxydases. En particulier, l'invention concerne le domaine de la production d'éthanol de deuxième génération par oxydation et hydrolyse enzymatique de matériaux contenant des polysaccharides, et notamment la biomasse lignocellulosique. Aussi, l'invention concerne le domaine des celluloses, ainsi que des procédés pour la fabrication de fibres de celluloses et de défibrillation de substrats cellulosiques.
