一种便携电加热蚊虫驱避装置,包括装置壳体(1)、驱避药物(2)和供电元件(3),所述装置壳体(1)上设有加热单元(11),所述驱避药物(2)可拆卸设置于加热单元上,所述加热单元(11)用于加热驱避药物,所述加热单元的工作温度大于40℃且小于120℃,所述供电元件(3)可拆卸设置于装置壳体上,所述供电元件(3)用于给加热单元(11)提供电能。该驱避药物工作需求温度较低,装置本身能耗更小,续航性能较好,且使得装置可以搭配更小的供电元件,装置本身可以更加轻量化。

Description

一种便携电加热蚊虫驱避装置 技术领域
本发明涉及蚊虫防治技术领域,具体讲的是一种便携电加热蚊虫驱避装置。
背景技术
驱蚊问题是人们日常生活中不可忽视的问题之一,在户外条件下,燃烧式的普通蚊香、驱蚊喷雾、涂抹式药剂和便携式电蚊香是比较常见的蚊虫应对方式,燃烧式的普通蚊香则易引发安全问题,而驱蚊喷雾和涂抹式药剂为了更好的扩散有效成分,通常需要添加酒精、丙三醇等物质作为挥发剂,以促进防治效果,但同时会在皮肤上产生粘腻的不适感,对皮肤敏感与表皮屏障功能不完善的人群,还可能会有安全隐患。综上,便携式电蚊香是可行性高且大众认可度高的驱蚊方式。
现有技术中的便携式电蚊香,主要通过加热将拟除虫菊酯类固体药物扩散至空气环境中,拟除虫菊酯类药剂熔点较高,根据《QB/T 1741-2017电热蚊香片用恒温电加热器》的行业标准规定“电加热器工作温度及偏差为(165±8)℃”,可知其对应的工作温度也较高,使得将其加热挥发需要电蚊香有较高的工作温度,使得电蚊香能耗较高从而续航性能较低,且不利于电蚊香的轻量化。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对以上不足,提供一种便携电加热蚊虫驱避装置,本发明的加热单元的工作单元较低,使得能耗降低,能大大提高续 航时间,有利于电蚊香的轻量化。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种便携电加热蚊虫驱避装置,包括装置壳体、驱避药物和供电元件,所述装置壳体上设有加热单元,所述驱避药物可拆卸设置于加热单元上,所述加热单元用于加热驱避药物,所述加热单元的工作温度大于40℃且小于120℃,所述供电元件可拆卸设置于装置壳体上,所述供电元件用于给加热单元提供电能。
进一步的,所述装置壳体上设置有信息显示单元,所述信息显示单元用于显示供电元件的电量、剩余使用时间和加热单元的工作温度中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述装置壳体上设置有人机交互单元,所述人机交互单元用于控制供电元件的开关,还用于调节加热单元的工作温度。
进一步的,所述驱避药物包括派卡瑞丁、驱蚊酯、避蚊胺和甲基壬基酮中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述驱避药物为凝胶状。
进一步的,所述驱避药物为膏状体。
进一步的,所述驱避药物附着于多孔单元内,所述多孔单元可拆卸设置于加热单元上。
进一步的,所述驱避药物为片状,所述加热单元上设置有与驱避药物配合的装配结构。
进一步的,所述驱避药物为液体。
本发明采用以上技术方案后,与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
本发明使用的驱避药物工作需求温度较低,故本发明便携电加热蚊虫驱避装置工作温度较低,装置本身能耗更小,续航性能较好,且使得装置可以搭配更小的供电元件,装置本身可以更加轻量化。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细说明。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步清楚、完整地描述。需要说明的是,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,若本申请实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后、顶、底、内、外、垂向、横向、纵向,逆时针、顺时针、周向、径向、轴向……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
本申请实施例中术语“和/或”,仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。

如图1和图2所示,一种便携电加热蚊虫驱避装置,包括装置壳体1、驱避药物2和供电元件3,所述装置壳体1上设有加热单元11,所述驱避药物2可拆卸设置于加热单元11上,所述加热单元11用于加热驱避药物2,所述加热单元11的工作温度大于40℃且小于120℃,所述供电元件3可拆卸设置于装置壳体1上,所述供电元件3用于给加热单元11提供电能。
优选的,所述装置壳体1上设置有信息显示单元12,所述信息显示单元12用于显示供电元件3的电量、剩余使用时间和加热单元11的工作温度中的一种或多种,信息显示单元12包括显示屏和指示灯中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述装置壳体1上设置有人机交互单元13,所述人机交互单元13用于控制供电元件3的开关以及调节加热单元11的工作温度,人机交互单元13包括调节按键、旋钮或触控屏中的一种或多种,来实现装置的开关以及加热单元11的温度调节。
在本实施例中,供电元件3采用干电池、充电电池或太阳能电池板中的一种或多种,供电元件3与加热单元11、信息显示单元12和人机交互单元13电连接,用于给加热单元11和信息显示单元12提供电能。
优选的,所述驱避药物2包括派卡瑞丁、驱蚊酯、避蚊胺和甲基壬基酮中的一种或多种。
本发明中使用的驱避药物2,其在加热条件下挥发速度会逐渐加快,但加热温度超过120℃时,挥发速度会快速上升,导致药品过早消耗完,在本 发明中,将加热单元11的工作温度设置为大于40℃且小于120℃,且在该区间中设置了多个温度挡位,通过在人机交互单元13中操作来调节温度挡位,其中,区间最小值40℃为高于正常人体体温的扩散温度,区间最大值120℃为设计的驱避药物2最大合理扩散速率的上限温度。
本发明利用加热单元11,对驱避药物2进行加热,从而使得驱避药物2扩散至空气中,从而实现蚊虫防治效果,且本发明使用的驱避药物工作温度较低,使得本装置的功耗较低,续航性能较好,且使得装置可以搭配更小的供电元件,使得装置整体更加轻量化。
实施例1:
驱避药物2包括派卡瑞丁(又称:埃卡瑞丁,Picaridin)、驱蚊酯、避蚊胺和甲基壬基酮,配合不同的载体或者辅料,驱避药物2可以制成多种形态,在本实施例中,驱避药物2的形态为凝胶状,凝胶状的驱避药物2可根据实际情况,驱避药物2填装在导热容器内,导热容器与加热单元11接触,通过加热单元11来加热凝胶状的驱避药物2,使其挥发来达到驱蚊效果;
一种凝胶状驱避药物的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)将0.35wt%卡波姆、4wt%丁二醇和59.66wt%无菌水混合并搅拌均匀,随后升温至85℃,保温30min,匀质5min,得到初始溶液;
(2)将初始溶液降温至50℃,向初始溶液中加入0.18wt%氨甲基丙醇并搅拌均匀,获得中间溶液;
(3)将15wt%乙醇、20wt%驱避药物2、0.3wt%柠檬酸三乙酯、0.05wt%甘油辛酸酯和0.46wt%防腐剂加入中间溶液中,并搅拌均匀,得到凝胶状的驱避药物2。
实施例2:
在本实施例中,驱避药物2的形态为膏状体,该形态的驱避药物2能填装在导热容器内,导热容器与加热单元11接触,通过加热单元11来加热凝胶状的驱避药物2,使其挥发来达到驱蚊效果;
一种膏状体驱避药物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取10~15g胶原蛋白粉加入到200~300g去离子水中,搅拌混合均匀后得胶原蛋白液;
(2)向胶原蛋白液中顺次加入6~8g纤维素、3~5g丙三醇、1~2g硬脂酸和1~2g十二烷基磺酸钠,用质量15%氢氧化钠溶液调节pH值为10~11,调节后加热至85~88℃,搅拌混合50~60min,搅拌后冷却至室温,得到粘稠液;
(3)将有机固化剂(例如凡士林或秘鲁香膏)在70~80℃水浴保温0.5小时,得到有机固化剂溶液;
(4)向有机固化剂溶液中加入驱避药物2,搅拌3-5min,在0~5℃温度下冷藏固化3~5h,固化后得到固体膏状物;
(5)将固体膏状物按质量比1:5加入到粘稠液中,搅拌3~5min,自然干燥6~8h后,获得膏状体驱避药物。
实施例3:
如图3所示,在本实施例中,驱避药物2附着于多孔单元4内,多孔单元4可拆卸设置于加热单元11上,多孔单元4为柔性的无纺布,驱避药物2附着于无纺布内的间隙中。
实施例4:
在本实施例中,驱避药物2为片状,在制备过程中,驱避药物2与包合剂(如冠醚,环糊精,杯芳烃,杯吡咯,杯咔唑,瓜环葫芦脲,柱芳烃)混合并干燥形成固体后,压制成片状;
加热单元11上设置有与片状驱避药物2配合的装配结构,例如,加热单元11上开设有与驱避药物2外形配合的容纳槽,能将片状驱避药物2放置于容纳槽内,进而将片状驱避药物2固定在加热单元11上。
实施例5:
PE、木质或棉质纸浆的其中一种,被制作为片芯;制作为片芯后,吸附 驱避药物液体,与加热单元接触。
以上所述为本发明最佳实施方式的举例,其中未详细述及的部分均为本领域普通技术人员的公知常识。本发明的保护范围以权利要求的内容为准,任何基于本发明的技术启示而进行的等效变换,也在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种便携电加热蚊虫驱避装置,其特征在于,包括装置壳体、驱避药物和供电元件,所述装置壳体上设有加热单元,所述驱避药物可拆卸设置于加热单元上,所述加热单元用于加热驱避药物,所述加热单元的工作温度大于40℃且小于120℃,所述供电元件可拆卸设置于装置壳体上,所述供电元件用于给加热单元提供电能。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便携电加热蚊虫驱避装置,其特征在于,所述装置壳体上设置有信息显示单元,所述信息显示单元用于显示供电元件的电量、剩余使用时间和加热单元的工作温度中的一种或多种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的便携电加热蚊虫驱避装置,其特征在于,所述装置壳体上设置有人机交互单元,所述人机交互单元用于控制供电元件的开关,还用于调节加热单元的工作温度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的便携电加热蚊虫驱避装置,其特征在于,所述驱避药物包括派卡瑞丁、驱蚊酯、避蚊胺和甲基壬基酮中的一种或多种。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的便携电加热蚊虫驱避装置,其特征在于,所述驱避药物为凝胶状。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的便携电加热蚊虫驱避装置,其特征在于,所述驱避药物为膏状体。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的便携电加热蚊虫驱避装置,其特征在于,所述驱避药物附着于多孔单元内,所述多孔单元可拆卸设置于加热单元上。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的便携电加热蚊虫驱避装置,其特征在于,所述驱避药物为片状,所述加热单元上设置有与驱避药物配合的装配结构。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的便携电加热蚊虫驱避装置,其特征在于,所述驱避药物为液体。
