Abstract

一种复合多效蚊虫防治装置,配合药物进行蚊虫防治,包括装置壳体,装置壳体上设有用于加热药物(1)的第一加热区(2)和第二加热区(3),第一加热区(2)和第二加热区(3)上可替换地安装药物(1);安装在第一加热区(2)的第一药物(11)含有拟除虫菊酯,安装在第二加热区(3)的第二药物(12)含有驱避药剂,驱避药剂包含派卡瑞丁、驱蚊酯、避蚊胺和甲基壬基酮中的一种或多种。本装置通过设置温度区间不同的第一加热区(2)和第二加热区(3),对含有不同的主要作用药剂的药物按其最佳作用温度来进行加热,从而使得本装置可以同时以不同的最佳作用温度扩散不同类型和功能的蚊虫防治药剂,来实现复合多效的蚊虫防治效果。

Description

一种复合多效蚊虫防治装置 技术领域
本发明涉及蚊虫防治技术领域,具体涉及一种复合多效蚊虫防治装置。
背景技术
驱蚊问题是人们日常生活中不可忽视的问题之一,配合药物使用的电热驱蚊设备,是常见的蚊虫防治设备之一,现有技术中的电热驱蚊设备,通常只设置有一个加热区,并适配特定组分的药物使用,而常用于驱蚊、灭蚊的药剂,其中各组分具有不同的最佳作用温度,而其单一的加热区,使得其在同一时间内只能依靠蚊虫驱避药剂和灭蚊药剂的其中一种药物来单独起到驱蚊或灭蚊作用,药物中的其他药物因为不在最佳作用温度下,只能配置较小的量来作为辅助药物,无法起到不同类型和功能的药物共同发挥作用组合驱蚊和灭蚊的效果。
发明内容
本发明提供一种复合多效蚊虫防治装置,以解决现有技术中的电热驱蚊设备无法起到不同类型和功能的药物共同发挥作用以组合驱蚊和灭蚊的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下的技术方案:
一种复合多效蚊虫防治装置,配合药物进行蚊虫防治,包括装置壳体,所述装置壳体上设有用于加热所述药物的第一加热区和第二加热区,所述药物可拆卸的安装在所述第一加热区和所述第二加热区上;
所述药物包括第一药物和第二药物,所述第一药物安装在所述第一加热区,所述第一药物含有拟除虫菊酯;所述第二药物安装在所述第二加热区,所述第二药物含有驱避药剂,所述驱避药剂包含派卡瑞丁、驱蚊酯、避蚊胺和甲基壬基酮中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述装置壳体上于所述第一加热区和所述第二加热区的下方分别设有第一信息展示区和第二信息展示区;
所述第一信息展示区能显示所述第一加热区的温度和当前时间,所述第二信息展示区能显示所述第二加热区的温度和当前时间。
进一步地,所述第一信息展示区和第二信息展示区各自设有显示屏,或者各自设有多个指示灯。
进一步地,所述第二加热区的工作温度大于40℃且小于120℃。
进一步地,所述装置壳体上还设有人机交互区,所述人机交互区用于控制所述复合多效蚊虫防治装置的开关和调节所述第一加热区以及所述第二加热区的温度。
进一步地,所述第一加热区以及所述第二加热区均设置有多级温度挡位,所述人机交互区设有多个调节按键,所述人机交互区能调节所述第一加热区以及所述第二加热区的温度挡位。
进一步地,安装在所述第二加热区的所述第二药物由驱避药剂与载体混合成凝胶状或膏状。
进一步地,安装在所述第二加热区的所述第二药物由驱避药剂与包合剂混合并干燥后压制成片状。
进一步地,所述第二加热区上设有用于安装所述第二药物的安装槽。
进一步地,安装在所述第二加热区的所述第二药物由吸附性材料承载驱避药剂制成。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明通过设置温度区间不同的第一加热区和第二加热区,对含有不同类型和功能的主要作用药剂的药物按其最佳作用温度来进行加热,从而使得本发 明装置可以同时以不同的最佳作用温度扩散不同的蚊虫防治药剂,来实现复合多效的蚊虫防治效果。

需要说明,若本申请实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后、顶、底、内、外、垂向、横向、纵向,逆时针、顺时针、周向、径向、轴向……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
本申请实施例中术语“和/或”,仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。

如图1所示,本发明的复合多效蚊虫防治装置,主要包括装置壳体,装置壳体上设置有第一加热区2和第二加热区3,用于对片状的药物1进行加热;第一加热区2和第二加热区3下方分别设置第一信息展示区4和第二信息展示区5,第一信息展示区4和第二信息展示区5各自设置多个指示灯或者设置有显示屏,以分别用于展示第一加热区2和第二加热区3的温度和时间等信息。
第一信息展示区4和第二信息展示区5的下方设有人机交互区6,人机交互区6内设有多个按键,以控制装置的开关和具体的温度挡位。
所述药物1包括第一药物11和第二药物12,第一药物11和第二药物12均为片状、凝胶状或膏状形态;所述第一药物11安装在所述第一加热区2,所述第一药物含有拟除虫菊酯;所述第二药物12安装在所述第二加热区3,所述第 二药物12含有驱避药剂。
第一加热区2和第二加热区3通过设置安装槽扣紧药物(即第一药物11和第二药物12),本发明的药物中含有的药剂主要包括起蚊虫灭杀作用的拟除虫菊酯药物,和起蚊虫驱避作用的驱避药剂,包括派卡瑞丁(又称:埃卡瑞丁,Picaridin)、驱蚊酯、避蚊胺和甲基壬基酮。
为实现复合的蚊虫防治效果,在本发明中,将适配第一加热区2的第一药物11主要成分设定为拟除虫菊酯,将适配第二加热区3的第二药物12的主要成分设定为驱避药剂(如派卡瑞丁、驱蚊酯、避蚊胺和甲基壬基酮),第二加热区3的工作温度设置为大于40℃且小于120℃,以获得较好的驱避药剂扩散效果,此外,第一加热区2和第二加热区3均设置了多个温度挡位,通过在人机交互区6中操作来调整挡位。
对于第二加热区3的第二药物12设置,在本发明一实施例中,第二加热区3的第二药物12的形态为凝胶状,通过如下方法制成:
步骤一:将0.35wt%卡波姆、4wt%丁二醇和59.66wt%无菌水混合,持续搅拌均匀,随后升温至85℃,保温30min,匀质5min,获得初始溶液;
步骤二:将初始溶液降温至50℃,加入0.18wt%氨甲基丙醇,搅拌均匀,获得中间溶液;
步骤三:将15wt%乙醇、20wt%驱避药剂、0.3wt%柠檬酸三乙酯、0.05wt%甘油辛酸酯和0.46wt%防腐剂加入中间溶液中,搅拌均匀,即可获得凝胶状的第二药物。
在本发明另一实施例中,第二加热区3的第二药物12形态为膏体状,通过如下方法制成:
步骤一:称取10~15g胶原蛋白粉加入到200~300g去离子水中,搅拌混合 均匀后得胶原蛋白液,向胶原蛋白液中依次加入6~8g纤维素、3~5g丙三醇、1~2g硬脂酸和1~2g十二烷基磺酸钠,用质量15%氢氧化钠溶液调节pH值为10~11,调节后加热至85~88℃,搅拌混合50~60min,搅拌后冷却至室温,得粘稠液,备用;
步骤二:有机固化剂(如凡士林,秘鲁香膏),在70~80℃水浴保温0.5小时,变成溶液后;加入驱避药剂药液,搅拌3-5min,在0~5℃温度下冷藏固化3~5h,固化后从容器中取出,得固体膏状物;
步骤三:将上述固体膏状物按质量比1:5加入到步骤一备用的粘稠液中;搅拌3~5min,自然干燥6~8h后,获得驱避剂药膏。
在本发明另一实施例中,第二加热区3的第二药物12由吸附材料(如柔性的无纺布)承载驱避药剂制成。
在本发明另一实施例中,第二加热区3的第二药物12形态为片状,其可以通过驱避药剂与包合剂(如冠醚,环糊精,杯芳烃,杯吡咯,杯咔唑,瓜环葫芦脲,柱芳烃)混合并干燥形成固体后,压制成片状。在该实施例下,第二加热区3上可以设置安装槽容纳第二药物12,进而将第二药物12安装在第二加热区3上。
本发明通过设置温度区间不同的第一加热区2和第二加热区3,对含有不同的主要作用药剂的药物按其最佳作用温度来进行加热,从而使得本发明装置可以同时以不同的最佳作用温度扩散不同类型和功能的蚊虫防治药剂,来实现复合多效的蚊虫防治效果。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进, 这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种复合多效蚊虫防治装置,配合药物进行蚊虫防治,其特征在于,包括装置壳体,所述装置壳体上设有用于加热所述药物的第一加热区和第二加热区,所述药物可拆卸的安装在所述第一加热区和所述第二加热区上;
    所述药物包括第一药物和第二药物,所述第一药物安装在所述第一加热区,所述第一药物含有拟除虫菊酯;所述第二药物安装在所述第二加热区,所述第二药物含有驱避药剂,所述驱避药剂包含派卡瑞丁、驱蚊酯、避蚊胺和甲基壬基酮中的一种或多种。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的复合多效蚊虫防治装置,其特征在于,所述装置壳体上于所述第一加热区和所述第二加热区的下方分别设有第一信息展示区和第二信息展示区;
    所述第一信息展示区能显示所述第一加热区的温度和当前时间,所述第二信息展示区能显示所述第二加热区的温度和当前时间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的复合多效蚊虫防治装置,其特征在于,所述第一信息展示区和第二信息展示区各自设有显示屏,或者各自设有多个指示灯。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的复合多效蚊虫防治装置,其特征在于,所述第二加热区的工作温度大于40℃且小于120℃。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的复合多效蚊虫防治装置,其特征在于,所述装置壳体上还设有人机交互区,所述人机交互区用于控制所述复合多效蚊虫防治装置的开关和调节所述第一加热区以及所述第二加热区的温度。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的复合多效蚊虫防治装置,其特征在于,所述第一加热区以及所述第二加热区均设置有多级温度挡位,所述人机交互区设有多个调节按键,所述人机交互区能调节所述第一加热区以及所述第二加热区的温度挡位。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的复合多效蚊虫防治装置,其特征在于,安装在所述第二加热区的所述第二药物由驱避药剂与载体混合成凝胶状或膏状。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的便携电加热蚊虫驱避装置,其特征在于,安装在所述第二加热区的所述第二药物由驱避药剂与包合剂混合并干燥后压制成片状。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的复合多效蚊虫防治装置,其特征在于,所述第二加热区上设有用于安装所述第二药物的安装槽。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的便携电加热蚊虫驱避装置,其特征在于,安装在所述第二加热区的所述第二药物由吸附性材料承载驱避药剂制成。
