一种驱蚊风扇,配合药片(041)使用,驱蚊风扇包括外壳和安装在外壳内的风扇组件,风扇组件向外壳以外的方向吹风,风扇组件的后方设置了安装板(040),安装板和风扇组件之间形成安装空间,药片可拆卸替换的安装在安装空间内;药片由片状的基材浸润驱避药剂制成,驱避药剂包括派卡瑞丁;外壳上对应风扇组件的出风位置处设有镂空区域。该驱蚊风扇工作温度较低,能耗较低,整体小型化,使用更为安全。
Description
本发明涉及驱蚊设备技术领域,具体涉及一种驱蚊风扇。
日常生活中常见的利用化学驱避药剂的驱蚊方法包括直接涂抹蚊虫驱避药剂至皮肤和使用喷雾头产生喷雾。以喷雾或涂抹的形式利用蚊虫驱避药剂,为了更好的扩散效果,需要在驱避药剂中添加酒精、丙三醇等挥发剂,以促进挥发扩散效果,但会在皮肤上产生粘腻的不适感,对皮肤敏感的人群,还可能会有安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明提供一种驱蚊风扇,以解决现有技术中以喷雾或涂抹的形式利用蚊虫驱避药剂,会在皮肤上产生粘腻的不适感,对皮肤敏感的人群,还可能会有安全隐患的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下的技术方案:
一种驱蚊风扇,配合药片使用,所述驱蚊风扇包括外壳和安装在外壳内的风扇组件,所述风扇组件向所述外壳以外的方向吹风,所述风扇组件的后方设置了安装板,所述安装板和所述风扇组件之间形成安装空间,所述药片可拆卸替换的安装在所述安装空间内;
所述药片由片状的基材浸润驱避药剂制成,所述驱避药剂包括派卡瑞丁;
所述外壳上对应所述风扇组件的出风位置处设有镂空区域。
进一步地,所述外壳上设置有安装槽,所述安装槽与所述安装空间连通,所述药片从所述安装槽插入至所述安装空间内。
进一步地,所述扇组件包括扇叶、电机、轴承和扇叶支架,所述电机安装在所述扇叶支架的顶部,所述扇叶的后端设有连接杆,并通过所述连接杆与所述电机连接并受其驱动,所述轴承套接在所述连接杆外。
进一步地,所述驱蚊风扇还包括控制模块,所述控制模块包括电路板、指示灯和按键,所述控制模块与所述风扇组件电连接。
进一步地,所述指示灯和所述按键均设在所述电路板上,并朝向所述驱蚊风扇的出风侧设置;
所述控制模块还包括安装在所述按键表面的键帽,所述键帽和所述指示灯穿出所述外壳的表面;
所述电路板的一侧端部还设置有供电接口,所述外壳上对应所述供电接口的位置设置了供电开口供外部电线连接至所述供电开口;
所述供电开口的类型为Type-A、Mini-B、Micro-B和Type-C型的USB接口中的任一种。
进一步地,所述安装板具有加热功能,所述电加热板的温度受所述控制模块调控;
所述风扇组件的产生的风速受所述控制模块调控。
进一步地,所述驱蚊风扇还包括设置在所述外壳内的供电元件,所述供电元件位于所述安装板的背离所述风扇组件的一侧;
所述供电元件与所述风扇组件和所述控制模块电连接,所述供电元件与所述安装板之间衬垫有隔板。
进一步地,所述安装板的温度具有多个挡位,所述指示灯设有多个,分别指示所述安装板的各温度挡位以及所述驱蚊风扇的开关。
进一步地,所述安装板的工作温度大于40℃且小于120℃。
进一步地,所述驱避药剂还包括驱蚊酯、甲基壬基酮、避蚊胺中的一种或多种。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明驱蚊风扇工作温度较低,从而能耗较低,无需配置大体积大质量的供能元件,从而可以使驱蚊风扇整体小型化。
2、本发明驱蚊风扇使用浸润具有较好挥发性的派卡瑞丁的药片作为消耗药品,其对驱蚊风扇具体的摆放角度没有要求,用户使用时的自由度更高。
3、无需将药品喷撒或涂抹于皮肤上,使用更为安全。

本申请实施例中术语“和/或”,仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。

如图1和图2所示,本发明提供了一种驱蚊风扇,主要包括外壳和装设于外壳其中的风扇组件、控制模块,驱蚊风扇内部于风扇组件的后方设置了安装板040,用于可替换拆卸地安装药片041,驱蚊风扇的内部还设置了供电元件050
为控制模块和风扇组件供电。
具体地,外壳包括顶壳011和底壳012,顶壳011和底壳012上下接合,将风扇组件、控制模块、安装板040和供电元件050均包覆在内;风扇组件向外壳的外部出风,顶壳011上与风扇组件相对应的区域为镂空结构,便于风扇组件出风;风扇组件具体包括扇叶030、电机031、轴承032和扇叶支架033,电机031安装在扇叶支架033的顶部,扇叶030的后端设有连接杆,并通过该连接杆与电机031连接并受其驱动,轴承032套接在连接杆外;供电元件050设在外壳内靠近底壳012的一侧,其与控制模块和风扇组件电连接,且本发明中于供电元件050和风扇组件之间设置了隔板042,安装板040固定安装在隔板042上靠近风扇组件的一侧,其与风扇组件中的扇叶支架033的底部之间留有安装空间,用于安装药片041;在本发明一具体实施例中,外壳的侧部设有与安装空间连通的安装槽,药片041通过该安装槽插入安装空间内。
控制模块设置于风扇组件的一侧,其包括电路板020、指示灯022和按键023,指示灯022和按键023均安装在电路板020上靠近顶壳011的一侧,此外,按键023上还设置了键帽024,顶壳011上对应地设置了开孔,使得键帽024和指示灯022均穿出顶壳011的表面并暴露在外,使用者手动按下键帽024来触发按键023,并通过指示灯022展示驱蚊风扇工作情况;电路板020上远离风扇组件的一侧设置有供电接口021,供电接口021的具体型号为Type-A、Mini-B、Micro-B和Type-C型的USB接口中的任一种,外壳上对应供电接口021的位置设置了供电开口,使供电接口021暴露出来供外部电线连接。
本发明的药片041,由片状的基材浸润驱避药剂制成,其中驱避药剂可以使用派卡瑞丁(又称:埃卡瑞丁,Picaridin),驱蚊酯、甲基壬基酮、避蚊胺等常温液态药物,本发明的药片041在正常使用状态下,驱避药剂会自然挥发,
风扇组件将挥发出的药剂扩散至环境中。
在本发明的其他实施例中,安装板040同时具有电加热板的功能,由控制模块对其进行温度控制,且此时隔板042还起到了将安装板040与供电元件050隔开以减少高温对供电元件050的影响的功能。在本发明中,在使用派卡瑞丁作为驱避药剂时,将安装板040的工作温度设置为大于40℃且小于120℃,进一步地,在该区间中还可以设置多个温度挡位,通过按键023来同时操作本发明驱蚊风扇的启动和温度挡位调节以及风扇转速(例如,可以设置按键023长按实现驱蚊风扇的开关,通过短按切换温度挡位,指示灯022可以设置多个,以进一步指示温度挡位,通过旋转按键023控制风扇转速),其中区间最小值40℃为高于正常人体体温的扩散温度,区间最大值120℃为设计的派卡瑞丁最大合理扩散速率的上限温度。
本发明驱蚊风扇工作温度较低,从而能耗较低,无需配置大体积大质量的供能元件,从而可以使驱蚊风扇整体小型化,此外,其对具体的摆放角度没有要求,用户使用时的自由度更高。

Claims (10)
- 一种驱蚊风扇,配合药片使用,其特征在于,所述驱蚊风扇包括外壳和安装在外壳内的风扇组件,所述风扇组件向所述外壳以外的方向吹风,所述风扇组件的后方设置了安装板,所述安装板和所述风扇组件之间形成安装空间,所述药片可拆卸替换的安装在所述安装空间内;所述药片由片状的基材浸润驱避药剂制成,所述驱避药剂包括派卡瑞丁;所述外壳上对应所述风扇组件的出风位置处设有镂空区域。
- 根据权利要求1所述的驱蚊风扇,其特征在于,所述外壳上设置有安装槽,所述安装槽与所述安装空间连通,所述药片从所述安装槽插入至所述安装空间内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的驱蚊风扇,其特征在于,所述扇组件包括扇叶、电机、轴承和扇叶支架,所述电机安装在所述扇叶支架的顶部,所述扇叶的后端设有连接杆,并通过所述连接杆与所述电机连接并受其驱动,所述轴承套接在所述连接杆外。
- 根据权利要求1所述的驱蚊风扇,其特征在于,所述驱蚊风扇还包括控制模块,所述控制模块包括电路板、指示灯和按键,所述控制模块与所述风扇组件电连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的驱蚊风扇,其特征在于,所述指示灯和所述按键均设在所述电路板上,并朝向所述驱蚊风扇的出风侧设置;所述控制模块还包括安装在所述按键表面的键帽,所述键帽和所述指示灯穿出所述外壳的表面;所述电路板的一侧端部还设置有供电接口,所述外壳上对应所述供电接口的位置设置了供电开口供外部电线连接至所述供电开口;所述供电开口的类型为Type-A、Mini-B、Micro-B和Type-C型的USB接口 中的任一种。
- 根据权利要求4所述的驱蚊风扇,其特征在于,所述安装板具有加热功能,所述电加热板的温度受所述控制模块调控;所述风扇组件的产生的风速受所述控制模块调控。
- 根据权利要求6所述的驱蚊风扇,其特征在于,所述驱蚊风扇还包括设置在所述外壳内的供电元件,所述供电元件位于所述安装板的背离所述风扇组件的一侧;所述供电元件与所述风扇组件和所述控制模块电连接,所述供电元件与所述安装板之间衬垫有隔板。
- 根据权利要求6所述的驱蚊风扇,其特征在于,所述安装板的温度具有多个挡位,所述指示灯设有多个,分别指示所述安装板的各温度挡位以及所述驱蚊风扇的开关。
- 根据权利要求8所述的驱蚊风扇,其特征在于,所述安装板的工作温度大于40℃且小于120℃。
- 根据权利要求6所述的驱蚊风扇,其特征在于,所述驱避药剂还包括驱蚊酯、甲基壬基酮、避蚊胺中的一种或多种。
