Abstract
Una formulación que comprende una composición granulada y una composición extra-granular. La composición granulada comprende una pluralidad de gránulos de fusión solidificada que comprenden una fase continua de un fármaco antiinflamatorio no esteroide (AINE). La composición extra-granular comprende un agente de distribución que es insoluble en agua y comprende por lo menos uno entre un material inorgánico, ácido esteárico o una sal insoluble del mismo, un material de almidón, un material de celulosa y mezclas de los mismos. La formulación no contiene dióxido de silicio.
