Abstract
N-óxidos de heterociclos saturados que contienen nitrógeno y que están sustituidos con ácidos quinoloncarboxílicos, que tienen la fórmula (1), en la cual Y representa restos de estructuras (2), (3), (4) y (5); donde R4 representa alquilo C1-4 lineal o ramificado, opcionalmente sustituido con hidroxilo o metoxi, ciclopropilo, acilo C1-3; R5 representa hidrógeno, metilo, fenilo, tienilo o piridilo; R6 representa hidrógeno o alquilo C1-4; R7 representa hidrógeno o alquilo C1-4; R8 representa hidrógeno o alquilo C1-4 y R2 representa hidrógeno o alquilo C1-4, opcionalmente sustituido con metoxi y bencilo, 2-oxopropilo, fenacilo y etoxicarbonilmetilo; A representa =N, =CH-, =C(halógeno)- o =C(OCH3)-, así como sus hidratos o sales de adición de ácido o sales con bases utilizables farmacéuticamente y procedimiento para su producción
