Abstract

Un método para secar varillas, un aparato relacionado, un producto resultante y sus usos, en los que el método abarca la presentacion de varillas en forma de una sola capa, el prensado de cada varilla por intermedio de un banco de miembros que ejercen una presion sobre y/o dentro de por lo menos una de las caras de las varillas, cada uno de ellos con una pluralidad de protuberancias, de manera así restringir las varillas contra la retorcedura, y el secado de las varillas cuando están así restringidas. Es preferible que cada banco de miembros que ejercen la presion sea un lado inferior de un bastidor o enrejado de una pila de tales bastidores o enrejados capaces de recibir una capa individual tal de varillas entre bastidores o enrejados adyacentes superyacentes/subyacentes, siendo preferible que las protuberancias estén dirigidas solamente hacia abajo.
