Method for producing a deck or. Base material for linoleum u. like

The present invention is a method for the production of a cover or. Base material for linoleum, linerusta, kamptulicon, floor tiles, etc. The like. Which is essentially characterized in that the Linoxyn and resin masses are processed in a known manner with a flour obtained from the pulp and the stalks of the Helianthn plants (Topinombur, sunflower) instead of the cork flour.
 EMI1.1
in that the flour of the Helianthus plants is much more suitable to combine with the linoxyn or the resin to form a sticky mass than cork flour.

Furthermore, the specific weight of the Helianthus meal is lower than that of the cork
 EMI1.2
and the stalks of Helianthus tuberosus (Topinombur), Helianthus annuls (sunflower) and Helianthus multiflorus.

In addition, the production of linoleum takes place. Lincrusta etc. by means of the new D camasse in a known way. The required dyes are added to the mixture prior to its connection with the fabric when producing single-color samples and the connection of the fabric with the mass is also done here by means of calenders heated with steam. Once dry, the finished product is highly elastic, light and resistant.
