Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Ofenvorrichtung (100) zum Erwärmen einer Platine (101), insbesondere einer Metallplatine (101), mittels Konvektion. Die Ofenvorrichtung (100) weist ein Gehäuse (102), in welchem ein Temperierbereich (103) zum Temperieren eines Bauteils und ein Einstellbereich (104) ausgebildet sind, auf, wobei der Einstellbereich (104) eine Temperiereinrichtung (105) zum Einstellen einer Temperatur eines Temperierfluids aufweist. Ferner weist die Ofenvorrichtung (100) eine Positionierungseinrichtung (106) zum Positionieren der Platine (101) in dem Temperierbereich (103) in einer vorbestimmten Ausrichtung und einen Ventilator (107) auf, welcher im Gehäuse (102) angeordnet ist und ausgebildet ist, das Temperierfluid im Gehäuse (102) zwischen dem Temperierbereich (103) und dem Einstellbereich (104) zu zirkulieren, so dass das Temperierfluid in einer Strömungsrichtung (108) entlang einer Oberfläche der Platine (101) strömbar ist.
