Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Temperiervorrichtung (100) zum Temperieren eines Bauteils (150), insbesondere einer Radfelge, Die Temperiervorrichtung (100) weist ein Gehäuse (101), in welchem eine zumindest teilgeschlossene Temperierkammer ausgebildet ist, auf, wobei in der Temperierkammer das Bauteil (150) anordbar ist. Die Temperiervorrichtung (100) weist ferner eine Düsenmatrix (110) aufweisend eine Vielzahl von Düsen, auf, wobei durch die Düsen ein Temperiermedium (102) auf das Bauteil (150) strömbar ist. Ferner weist die Temperiervorrichtung eine Steuereinheit (103) auf, welche mit der Düsenmatrix (110) gekoppelt ist. Die Steuereinheit (103) ist konfiguriert, eine erste Düsengruppe (111) der Düsen und eine zweite Düsengruppe (112) der Düsen unabhängig voneinander zu derart zu steuern, dass die erste Düsengruppe (111) ein erstes Temperiermedium mit einer ersten Temperiercharakteristik und die zweite Düsengruppe (112) ein zweites Temperiermedium mit einer zweiten Temperiercharakteristik auf das Bauteil (150) strömt.
