Einrichtung zur Verhinderung des Fe8tbrennens von Wärmeachutzmassen.
Bei Wärmeisolierung mittels der bekannten Wärmeschutzmassen bei Kesseln, Dampfrohren und dgl. macht sich der Übelstand bemerkbar, dass bei Auswechslung der Packungsmasse, die beispielsweise durch Schadhaftwerden von einzelnen Teilen der Packungsmasse nötig werden kann, die Masse, welche an die Kesselfäche anbackt, behufs Entfernung ganz zertrümmert werden muss. Hiebei tritt nicht nur der Verlust von grossen Teilen der Wärmeschutzmasse auf, sondern auch häufig eine Beschädigung der zu isolierenden Flächen.
Durch die nachstehend beschriebene Einrichtung gelingt es nun, in technisch und ökonomisch vorteilhafter Weise den Wärmeschutz derart durchzufahren, dass die Masse jederzeit leicht von der zu isolierenden Schichte bzw. dem zu isolierenden Gegenstande entfernt werden kann.
Die den Erfindungsgegenstand bildende Einrichtung wird folgendermassen ausgeführt : Man ordnet zwischen der zu isolierenden Fläche und der eigentlichen laolationsmasse eine Schichte an, welche aus Ölen pflanzlicher oder mineralischer Herkunft, aus Fetten, Wachs, Stearin, Paraffin oder Zeresin besteht Die Wahl des betreffenden Stoffes richtet sich nach den in Betracht kommenden Temperaturen ; vorzugsweise verwendet man hochschmelzende Körper, wie Stearin, Paraffin und Zeresin.
Man kann auch diese Körper in Form von Seifen verwenden, welche diese Stoffe in freiem Zustande in genügendem Masse einverleibt enthalten. Weiters ist es oft vorteilhaft, als Schichte ein Gewebe oder sonstige poröse Stoffe zu benutzen, welches die früher angeführten Fette und fettartigen Stoffe bzw. die Fett, Öl, Wachs, Stearin, Paraffin oder Zeresin enthaltenden Seifen aufgesaugt enthalten.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Einrichtung zur Verhinderung des Festbrennens von Wärmeschutzmassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der zu isolierenden Fläche und der eigentlichen Isolationsmasse eine Schichte von Fetten, Ölen, Wachs, Stearin, Paraffin oder Zeresin angeordnet ist.

The choice of the substance concerned depends on the product according to the temperatures in question; high-melting bodies such as stearin, paraffin and ceresin are preferably used.
These bodies can also be used in the form of soaps which contain these substances incorporated in sufficient quantities in the free state. Furthermore, it is often advantageous to use a fabric or other porous material as the layer which contains the previously mentioned fats and fatty substances or soaps containing fat, oil, wax, stearin, paraffin or ceresin.
