Verfahren zur Darstellung von blauroten Farblacken.
Es wurde gefunden, dass man aus dem durch Kupplung von tetrazotiertem w-Tolidin mit 2 Molekülen 2-Naphtol-3#6-disulfosäure erhaltenen Diazofarbstoff nach den in der Lackfärberei üblichen Methoden wertvolle neue Farblacke erhält, die sich durch ihre schöne, reine blaurote Farbe auszeichnen.
In der Technik fanden bisher zur Herstellung derartiger Lacke hauptsächlich die blaustichigen Ponceau-Marken, z. B. Ponceau @ R (= Aminoazobenzol -# ss-Naphtoltrisulfo- säure) Verwfndung, die aber den grossen Nachteil haben, dass sie sich mit den zur LackbildungangewandtenMetallsalzennichtvollständigfällenlassenausserdemeinentrüben Farbton besitzen, der namentlich in Mischung mit basischen Farbstoffen zur Erzeugung von ätontönen wonig ausgiebig ist und sie zur Herstellung von solchen Tönen nur in beschränktemMasseAnwendungfindenlässt.
Die neufn l. acke weisen Eigenschaften auf, die sie dazu bestimmt sein fassen, eine grosse Lücke in der Reihe der technisch angewandten Farblacke auszufüllen. Die neuen Lacke sind besonder sdadurch wertvoll, dass sie bei der Herstellung vollständig gefällt

It has been found that the diazo dye obtained by coupling tetrazotized w-tolidine with 2 molecules of 2-naphthol-3 # 6-disulfonic acid, using the methods customary in paint dyeing, gives valuable new colored lakes, which have a beautiful, pure blue-red color distinguish.
