Abstract

Une solution d'un médicament pour inhalation est conditionnée dans un distributeur scellé contenant un gaz sous pression et muni d'une valve de sortie unidirectionnelle. Le distributeur permet de débiter des aliquotes de la solution qui est ensuite administrée par nébulisation. Une solution de cromoglycate de sodium et de chlorbutol conditionnée de la sorte est préférée pour le traitement de l'obstruction réversible des voies respiratoires, par exemple de l'asthme extrinsèque ou intrinsèque.
