Abstract

Διάλυμα φαρμάκου λαμβανομένου δι' εισπνοής συσκευάζεται εις εσφραγισμένον διανεμητήν ο οποίος περιέχει περιέχει αέριον υπό πίεσιν και είναι εφοδιασμένος δια βαλβίδος εξαγωγής μονής κατευθύνσεως,π.χ. μετρητικής βαλβίς. Ο διανεμητής δύναται να παρασκευασθή δι' εισαγωγής του διαλύματος και του υπό πίεσιν αερίου εντός του διανεμητού υπό ασήπτους συνθήκας. Κατ' εναλλαγήν, ο διανεμητής δύναται να αποστειρωθεί μετά την εισαγωγήν του διαλύματος και του αερίου. Το διάλυμα, μετά την διανομήν εκ του διανεμητού δύναται να χορηγηθεί δι' εκνεφώσεως. Ιδιαιτέρως προτιμώτερον διάλυμα δια χρήσιν, σύμφωνα με τους διανεμητάς, περιέχει κρομογλυκικόν νάτριον και χλωροβουτανόλη. Το διάλυμα τούτο ενδείκνυται προς χρήσιν εις την θεραπευτικήν αγωγήν αντιστρεπτής νόσου αποφρακτικών αεραγωγών. ω
