Abstract

Composition révélatrice ou développatrice de couleur à utiliser dans des systèmes d'enregistrement sensibles à la pression ou sensibles à la chaleur, qui comprend un mélange homogène contenant un composant de matière phénolique qui est, lui-même, un développateur ou révélateur de couleur et contient au moins environ 3,4 pourcent en poids de radicaux phénoliques, un composant de carboxylate aromatique correspondant à un acide carboxylique aromatique ou un mélange d'acides carboxyliques aromatiques, qui, lorsqu'ils se trouvent à l'état d'acides libres, possèdent un coefficient de répartition octanol/eau (Koe) d'au moins environ 2,9, lorsqu'on l'exprime sous forme de log Koe et du zinc bivalent. On peut préparer le mélange homogène, par exemple, en mélangeant les trois composants sous chauffage ou en présence d'un solvant commun.
