Abstract

Nouvelles compositions d'hydrogels (10), constituées d'un mélange de deux polymères thermoplastiques, non réticulés, dont l'un est hydrophobe et l'autre hydrophile, et ayant une morphologie à microphases (12, 14). Ces compositions d'hydrogels sont utilisables comme moyens pour la régulation de la vitesse de libération d'agents bioactifs, tels que des médicaments thérapeutiques, des antimicrobiens, des agents contraceptifs ou autres, dans un environnements biologique. Selon la nature chimique de l'agent à libérer, sa vitesse de libération peut etre commandée par un choix approprié des constituants polymères du mélange et de leurs rapports relatifs.
