Abstract

Composés de formule (I) dans laquelle m varie de 1 à 4, l'un des symboles R1 et R2 est H ou alkyle en C1-C4, cependant que l'autre représente OH, l'un des symboles R3 et R4 est H ou alkyle en C1-C4, cependant que l'autre est indépendamment H, F ou alkyle en C1-C4, n égal O ou 1, p égal O ou varie de 1 à 5 et B représente un radical alkyle en C1-C4 ou monocycloaliphatique en C4-C7 à substitution alkylique en C1-C4 éventuelle. Ces composés servent au traitement d'ulcères gastriques et intestinaux, à l'inhibition de la sécrétion gastrique, comme agents d'antithromboagglutination et de thrombodésagglutination, d'agents vasodilatateurs ou hypotenseurs ou antihypertension et d'agents permettant de traiter les maladies pulmonaires d'obstruction.
