Abstract

Изобретението се отнася до метод и устройство за производство на фолийни пликове. По метода първо се подават две фолиа (4, 6), образуващи страничнитестени на фолийния плик (2), а след това - едно дънно фолио (8) с щанцовани отвори (20), които са отместени по посока на подаване на дънното фолио на разстояние, съответстващо на ширината на един фолиен плик (2). По време на процеса на захранване се осъществява контрол, за да се установи дали са изработени щанцованите отвори. Страничните фолиа (4, 6) и дънното фолио (8) се поставят едно върху друго и се свързват помежду си, като съвкупността от фолийни пластове се нарязва на отделни фолийни пликове.
