Abstract

Съединенията имат формула, в която значенията на Ra до Rc, A, Ar и В са посочени в описанието. Съединенията с посочената формула, в която Rc e цианогрупа, са междинни продукти за получаване на останалите съединения със същата формула, а тези, в чиято формула Rc е една от посочените в описанието амидиногрупи, имат ценни фармакологични свойства, по-специално антитромбозна активност.
