Abstract

Метод за получаване на полизахариди, съгласно който фунги на соriоlus vеrsiсоlоr (fr) quеl се култивират като дълбочинна култура във водна,течна хранителна среда, след което изсушеният материал се екстрахира с воден разтворител и полученият екстрат се пречиства, характеризиращ се с това, че получената фунгална култура и се изсушава напълно при температура от 60 до 150'с и изсушеният материал се екстрахира с вода или с разреден воден алкален разтвор и така полученият екстракционен раз твор се пречиства чрез ултрафилтруване и/или обратима осмоза, за да се отдели веществото с молекулно тегло, по-малко от 5000.
