Abstract

Методът се прилага за предотвратяване образуането на налеп върху вътрешните стени на полимеризационен реактор, използван за полимеризация на винилови мономери, съдържащи халоген. С него се осигурява по-висока продуктивност на реактора, намалява се необходимостта от често почистване на повърхностите, което е свързано с много трудоемък ръчен труд. При това не се влошават обработваемостта, гранулометричното разпределение на частиците, първоначалният цвят и топлоустойчивостта на полимера. Методът се състои в обработка на вътрешните стени на полимеризационния реактор и всички части, които са в контакт с полимеризационната среда, с разтвор или дисперсия от орнагична сол, в която анионната част произлиза от моно-или поликарбонова киселина. 6 претенции
