Abstract
Новата кристална полухидратна форма се използва в медицината. Тя е с повишена стабилност и много добра устойчивост при съхранение. Има формула по метода 4-(5,6,7,8-тетрахидроимидазо[1,5-а]пиридин-5-ил)бензонитрил или негова сол, различна от хидрохлоридната, взаимодейства с хлороводород в присъствие на вода. В случай, че една от формите на хидрохлорида съдържа по-малко вода от полухидрата, тя се третира допълнително с вода. Когато хидрохлоридът съдържа повече вода от полухидрата, той се обезводнява до получаване на полухидрат с посочената по-горе формула. 1 претенция
