Abstract
Dispositivo e método para o controle de deslocamento de compressor de deslocamento variável. Compressor de deslocamento variável comprime o gás fornecido por um evaporador (74) de um circuito refrigerante externo (71) e descarrega o gás comprimido em um circuito refrigerante (71). Uma válvula de retenção (92; 98) está localizada entre a câmara de sucção do compressor (37) e o evaporador (74). A válvula de retenção (92; 98) evita que o gás flua da câmara de sucção (37) para o evaporador (74). Quando o compressor pára, uma válvula de controle de deslocamento (46) aumenta a pressão na câmara de manivelas (15) do compressor, para movimentar uma placa oscilante (31) para uma posição de inclinação mínima. A pressão na câmara de sucção (37) é aumentada pelo gás fornecido pela câmara de manivelas (15). O fechamento da válvula de retenção (92, 98) acelera um aumento de pressão na câmara de sucção (37). Quando a pressão na câmara de sucção (37) é aumentada, a válvula de controle (46) limita qualquer outro aumento de pressão na câmara de manivelas (15). Como resultado, a força que reduz a inclinação da placa oscilante (31), fica limitada.
