Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE CHAPAS DE AçO MAGNéTICAS COM GRãOS NãO ORIENTADOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para produção de chapas de aço magnéticas com grãos não orientados nas quais a tira a quente é produzida de um estoque de entrada tal como placas moldadas, tiras, tiras rugosas, ou placas finas, feitas de aço compreendendo (em peso percentual) C: 0,001 - 0,05%; Si: <243> 1,5%; AI: <243> 0,4% com Si + 2Al <243> 1,7%; Mn: 0,1 - 1,2%; se necessário até um total de 1,5% de adições de ligas tais como P, Sn, Sb, Zr, V, Ti, N, Ni, Co, Nb e/ou B; co o remanescente sendo ferro bem como os elementos acompanhantes usuais; pelo fato de que o estoque de entrada é laminado a quente diretamente da corrida de moldagem ou após o reaquecimento precedente até uma temperatura de reaquecimento entre o mínimo de 1000<198>C máximo de 1180<198>C em vários passes de deformação, e subseq³entemente bobinada, onde durante a laminação a quente pelo menos o primeiro passo de deformação ocorre na região austenítica e pelo menos um outro passo de deformação ocorre na região de mistura de duas fases austenita/ferrita, e onde durante a laminação na região de mistura de duas fases uma deformação total <sym>~ h~ de pelo menos 35% é alcançada.
