Abstract
"MéTODO PARA TRATAMENTO PRéVIO DE AMOSTRAS PARA QUANTIFICAçãO DE COLESTEROL, E MéTODO PARA QUANTIFICAçãO DE COLESTEROL EM LIPO-PROTEìNAS ESPECìFICAS ATRAVéS DO USO DO MéTODO PARA TRATAMENTO PRéVIO". [Objeto] Proporcionar um método que possa quantificar de maneira precisa e eficiente a colesterol numa fração específica através de procedimentos simples fundamentalmente sem a necessidade de um poli-ânion ou similar e que seja adequadamente aplicável a vários analizadores automáticos. [Constituição] Um método de tratamento prévio de uma amostra, que contém várias lipo-proteínas, antes de efetuar a medida do colesterol contido em uma lipo-proteína específica dentre as lipo-proteínas da amostra, que compreende fazer com que uma enzima, que atua sobre o colesterol livre como substrato, e opcionalmente um acelerador de reação para agir sobre a amostra; um método para a quantificação do colesterol em lipo-proteínas específicas através do uso do método de tratamento prévio; e um kit para a quantificação do colesterol na lipo-proteina específica, que é útil para o método de quantificação.
