Abstract
"FORMULAçãO DE REVESTIMENTO NãO AQUOSA COMPATìVEL COM PROCESSOS DE EMBALAGEM ASSéPTICA, FORMULAçãO DE TINTA NãO AQUOSA COMPATìVEL COM PROCESSOS DE EMBALAGEM ASSéPTICA, PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UMA FORMULAçãO DE REVESTIMENTO, PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UMA FORMULAçãO DE TINTA, PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE UM FILME DE EMBALAGEM FLEXìVEL, PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE UM MATERIAL DE EMBALAGEM LAMINADO COM BASE EM PAPEL, PROCESSO DE EMBALAGEM DE ALIMENTOS ASSéPTICOS, PROCESSO DE EMBALAGEM DE ALIMENTOS, PACOTE DE PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO E EMBALAGEM DE PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO". A presente invenção refere-se a formulações de tinta e revestimentos não aquosos para utilização sobre filme flexível ou embalagens de papel que necessitam de condições de embalagem assépticas. A formulação de revestimento compreende: 1) uma mistura de vernizes que compreende uma resina de poliamida do tipo co-solvente modificada por fenólico, 2) um verniz de composto de nitrocelulose, 3) uma mistura de solventes não aquosos e 4) aditivos especializados, em que todos os componentes presentes na formulação são estáveis na presença de um agente oxidante. A formulação de tinta requer adicionalmente um pigmento e uma solução não aquosa de um sal metálico de ácido propiónico. Também são descritos os materiais de embalagem impressos e revestidos e métodos de embalagem asséptica, bem como as embalagens assépticas.
