Abstract
"MEDICAMENTO PARA A PREVENçãO, MELHORA E/OU TRATAMENTO DE UMA COMPLICAçãO DIABéTICA, DROGA MEDICINAL ADEQUADA OU UTILIZáVEL COMO O MESMO, MéTODO PARA PREVENIR MELHORAR E/OU TRATAR A COMPLICAçãO DIABéTICA, E A NEUROPATIA, E, USOS DE UM AGENTE REDUTOR DO AçúCAR NO SANGUE PóS-PRANDIAL E PELO MENOS UM AGENTE SELECIONADO DE UM AGENTE ANTI-HIPERTENSIVO, UM AGENTE VASODILATADOR E UM AGENTE ANTI-HIPERLIPIDêMICO". As drogas contendo hipoglicêmicos pós-cibais como o ingrediente ativo que são eficazes na prevenção, na melhora e no tratamento de complicações diabéticas, neuropatia, etc. Em particular, os derivados de D-fenilalanina, tais como a nateglinida são úteis como drogas orais. Estas excelentes drogas, métodos de usar os mesmos (por exemplo, administração para tratar as doenças acima, etc), a utilização de hipoglicêmicos pós-cibais na produção destas drogas, etc, são fornecidos. Os efeitos descritos acima de prevenir, melhorar e tratar as complicações podem ser ainda intensificados pela adição de pelo menos um membro selecionado dentre os agentes hipotensivos, agentes intensificadores da circulação periférica e remédios contra a hiperlipemia às drogas acima ou pela combinação dos mesmos com os hipoglicêmicos pós-cibais.
