Abstract
"FORMULAçãO PARA LIMPEZA DE SUPERFìCIE DURA". Formulações para a limpeza de superfície dura incluem um espessante associativo e uma mistura de pelo menos dois tensoativos não iónicos selecionados a partir do grupo, que consiste de álcoois etoxilados e de ácidos graxos etoxilados. As formulações exibem um volume de espuma vantajosamente alto de pelo menos 150 cm^ 3^ quando 100 ml de uma solução aquosa contendo cerca de 0,1 %, em peso, da formulação são agitados a 2.500 rpm por um período de agitação cumulativa de cerca de 1200 segundos. As formulações exibem também estabilidade de espuma satisfatória, suficiente para limpar pelo menos cerca de 25 pratos (ASTM D4009-92). Preferivelmente, o espessante associativo é o produto de reação de um composto epóxido C~ 6~ ou maior com um polioxialquileno poliol.
