Abstract

"MéTODO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM ARTIGO MOLDADO TENDO UM NúCLEO, DISPOSITIVO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM ARTIGO MOLDADO TENDO UM NúCLEO, ARTIGO MOLDADO E AGREGADO DE ARTIGOS MOLDADOS". A presente invenção se refere à fabricação, de uma forma eficiente, de um artigo moldado tendo um núcleo e, ao mesmo tempo, a partir de um material de moldagem tal como um grânulo em pó. Com esta finalidade, um método para a fabricação do artigo moldado tendo um núcleo foi desenvolvido, cujo método utiliza um dispositivo de moldagem por compressão, o qual compreende uma matriz de moldagem, membros de punção superior e inferior, onde pelo menos o membro de punção superior, preferivelmente ambos os membros de punção superior e inferior, têm uma construção dupla consistindo de um membro de punção central e um membro de punção externo circundando a periferia externa do membro de punção central, ambos o membro de punção central e o membro de punção externo sendo capazes de desempenhar movimentos de deslocamento bem como operações de compressão. Este método inclui etapas de alimentação separada do material de moldagem para o núcleo e do material de moldagem para a camada externa, uma etapa de moldagem por compressão do material de moldagem para o núcleo e/ou do material de moldagem para a camada externa, e uma etapa de moldagem por compressão final do artigo moldado tendo um núcleo. A invenção também proporciona uma máquina rotativa para a moldagem por compressão, usada para a execução do método. A invenção também proporciona várias características para um artigo moldado tendo um núcleo fabricados pelo método de fabricação acima mencionado. O núcleo pode incluir uma grande quantidade de microcápsulas que são moldes incompletos, ou uma pluralidade de núcleos.
