Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM PRODUTO PELO MENOS PARCIALMENTE TRANSPARENTE E DE ELEVADA QUALIDADE óTICA, PRODUTO, APLICAçãO DO PRODUTO E VIDRO PARA VEìCULOS AUTOMóVEIS". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a fabricação de um produto o qual é pelo menos parcialmente transparente e o qual tem uma elevada qualidade ótica a qual pode ser comparada àquela do vidro, no qual uma folha correspondentemente conformada e termicamente isolante é posicionada em uma parte de um molde, pelo menos no fundo do molde, seguida pela injeção no interior do referido molde de um material termoplástico o qual pode se unir à referida folha no referido produto. O método se caracteriza pelo fato que a parte de molde cujo fundo é proporcionado com a folha é mantida a uma temperatura a qual é menor que aquela a qual é necessária para produzir a qualidade ótica necessária na ausência da referida folha. A invenção também se refere ao produto assim obtido, à utilização do mesmo como um vidro e a um vidro para um veículo automóvel desta forma obtido.
