Abstract

"FORMULAçõES DE LACTONA E PROCESSO DE USO". Foram revelados os compostos das Fórmulas (Ia) e (Ic) possuindo uma estrutura de lactona e um grupo metileno na posição alfa da estrutura de lactona e processos para uso e fabricação dos compostos. Os compostos de lactona podem ser reagidos com um agente nucleófilo para abrir o anel de lactona para um composto da Fórmula (Ib). A lactona da Fórmula (Ia) e seus derivados funcionais foram isolados de Securidaca virgata. Os compostos purificados demonstraram atividade nos ensaios antibacterianos e antifungos e para tratamento de distúrbios de proliferação, tais como câncer.
