Abstract

"APARELHO PARA DIAGNOSTICAR UM SISTEMA PARA DETECçãO DE PRODUTO QUìMICO, E, MéTODOS PARA VERIFICAR A OPERAçãO DE UM SISTEMA PARA DETECçãO DE PRODUTO QUìMICO E PARA VERIFICAR A OPERAçãO DE UM SENSOR PARA PRODUTO QUìMICO". Um sistema para detecção de produto químico realiza exposições controladas para diagnosticar os componentes pneumáticos e sensores de produto químico antes de medir uma emissão de produto químico. Um módulo de controle fornece o sistema de controle e processamento de dados para realizar o diagnóstico. O módulo de controle manipula um sistema de recuperação de amostra de emissão para fornecer exposição precisa durante as rotinas de diagnóstico. Um circuito de interface de sensor interroga os sensores de produto químico e armazena os dados para análise. O sensor de produto químico apresenta mudanças previsíveis em resposta durante cenários de exposição predeterminados. Utilizando inúmeras técnicas de processamento de sinal no domínio de tempo, ambos, condições de falha do sistema e o nível do sensor são determinadas.
