Abstract

"POLINUCLEOTìDEO ISOLADO, VETOR DE EXPRESSãO, CéLULA CULTIVADA, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR POLIPEPTìDEOS, E UM ANTICORPO PARA UM POLIPEPTìDEO, E, ANTICORPO". Divulga-se métodos inéditos para formar um complexo de receptor heterodimérico com IL-28r e CRF2-4. Os métodos podem ser usados para detectar e tratar infecção viral, in vitro e in vivo. Também é possível utilizar polipeptídeos de receptor de ligação de ligando para bloquear atividade de ligando in vitro e in vivo. A presente invenção também inclui métodos de produzir a proteína, usos para a mesma e anticorpos para a mesma.
