Abstract
"SISTEMA DE CRISTALIZAçãO QUE UTILIZA ATOMIZAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se à cristalização de um composto farmacêutico orgânico que é conseguida pela atomização de uma solução e a introdução da solução atomizada em um recipiente que contém uma segunda solução onde as soluções são misturadas para formar um produto. O processo pode ser executado em constituintes não-reagentes tais como uma solução que contém o composto a ser cristalizado dissolvido em um solvente e uma solução anti-solvente. Alternativamente, o processo pode ser executado em constituintes reativos, tais como as soluções de solventes que contém diferentes intermediários reativos, sob condições reativas apropriadas. O processo pode ser praticado continuamente ou em modo de lote. Os atomizadores do tipo ultra-sónico não acionado por pressão ou do tipo ultrasónico ou não-ultra-sónico acionado por pressão podem ser utilizados.
