Abstract

"SISTEMAS DE ANáLISE DE INJEçãO SEQuENCIAL AUTOMATIZADA PARA A DETERMINAçãO DE NìVEIS DE TRAçOS DE ENDOTOXINA". é descrito um sistema (10) e método usados para detectar a presença de endotoxina em uma amostra de fluido. o sistema (10) inclui uma bomba de liberação de fluido bidirecional (20) para introduzir, mover e misturar fluidos dentro do sistema (10) . O sistema (10) também inclui um componente de contenção de fluido (50) em comunicação fluídica com a bomba de liberação de fluido (20) . Fluidos, incluindo uma amostra de fluido de teste, reagente LAL e segmentos de fluido de substrato cromogênico, são aspirados para o componente de contenção de fluido (50) em resposta à operação da bomba de liberação de fluido (20).
