Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE FOLHAS DE VIDRO RECURVADAS, FOLHAS DE VIDRO RECURVADAS E MáQUINA DE RECURVAMENTO DE FOLHAS DE VIDRO". Faz-se deslocar folhas de vidro previamente amolecidas lhe conferindo progressivamente a forma recurvada desejada. Entre a fase inicial do recurvamento na qual a folha começa a tomar sua forma e a fase final do dito recurvamento, efetua-se, em um ponto da linha de deslocamento das folhas, um sopramento de ar de modo contínuo sobre pelo menos uma face das folhas de vidro, em condições capazes de influenciar de modo assimétrico a concavidade final das folhas de vidro recurvadas em relação ao que teria dado o recurvamento final sem o dito sopramento. A máquina de recurvamento correspondendo a pelo menos um bico (3,3a) de sopramento de ar de modo contínuo, disposto em um ponto da linha de deslocamento das folhas e sendo disposto para realizar um sopramento de ar assimétrico sobre as ditas folhas (1).
