"GENE ATIVADOR DA TRANSCRIçãO PARA GENES ENVOLVIDOS NA SìNTESE DA COBALAMINA". A presente invenção refere-se a um gene ativador da transcrição para os genes envolvidos na biossíntese da cobalamina. Mais precisamente, refere-se a um processo para a amplificação da produção de cobalaminas e, mais especificamente, da co-enzima B~ 12~ através de técnicas do DNA recombinante.
