Abstract
"DERIVADOS DE PIRAZOL E SEU USO COMO AGENTES TERAPêUTICOS PARA DOENçAS MEDIADAS POR HIV". Esta invenção relaciona-se com derivados de pirazol de fórmula (I) ou seus sais, solvatos ou derivados farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, em que R^ 1^ a R^ 4^ são definidos na descrição, e com processos para a sua preparação, intermediários utilizados na preparação de, composições que os contêm e com as utilizações de tais derivados. Os compostos da presente invenção ligam-se à enzima transcriptase reversa e são seus moduladores, especialmente seus inibidores. Como tal os compostos da presente invenção são úteis no tratamento de uma variedade de doenças incluindo as em que a inibição da transcripase reversa está envolvida. Doenças de interesse incluem as causadas pelo Vírus da Imunodeficiência adquirida Humana (HIV) e retroviroses geneticamente relacionadas, tal como Síndrome da Imunodeficiência Adquirida (AIDS).
