Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"DERIVADOS DE PIPERAZINA"<D>. Esta invenção refere-se a derivados de piperazina da fórmula I em que R^ 1^, m, k e R^ 2^ têm os significados indicados na reivindicação 1, derivados estes que são potentes agonistas de 5-HT~ 1A~ e exibem ações inibidoras de reabsorção de 5-HT, e são adequados para o tratamento e profilaxia de estados de ansiedade, depressão, esquizofrenia, obsessões, discinesias tardias, distúrbios de aprendizagem, distúrbios de memória dependentes da idade, para afetar positivamente distúrbio obsessivo-compulsivo e também para o tratamento e para o controle das seq³elas de infartos cerebrais tais como homorragias e isquemias cerebrais.
