Abstract
"método de recuperar uma atividade enzimática de vírus envelopados em uma amostra biológica contendo enzimas não protegidas, e, pacote comercial". um método de recuperar uma atividade enzimática, tal como a atividade de transcriptase reversa (rt), de vírus envelopados, tais como o hiv em uma amostra biológica contendo uma enzima não protegida, é descrito. uma substância modificadora de cisteína é usada para destruir a atividade das enzimas não protegidas, seguido pela remoção das partículas de vírus envelopado ou inativação da substância modificadora de cisteína com um produto químico. depois o vírus envelopado é lisado e as enzimas liberadas são recuperadas. pacotes comerciais contendo instruções escritas e/ou portador de dados e alguns produtos químicos para realizar as etapas de laboratório para a recuperação de uma atividade enzimática de vírus envelopados também são divulgados.
