Abstract
"uso do fator de crescimento epidérmico, e, composição farmacêutica". uso do fator de crescimento epidérmico (egf) em uma composição farmacêutica, de preferência injetável, para ser administrada mediante infiltração dentro e em torno de lesões isquêmicas crônicas, para prevenir a amputação do pé diabético. pode ser administrado sobre superfícies cirúrgicas de criação recente e danificadas pelo efeito da reperfusão aguda com sangue oxigenado logo após isquemia prolongada, prevenindo reintervenções cirúrgicas e favorecendo a preservação da extremidade. esta composição consegue melhorar o microambiente celular incrementando a viabilidade, capacidade defensiva e reparativa dos tecidos, e a cicatrização de lesões cutâneas isquêmicas, estimulando a proliferação celular. e aplicável na medicina humana., veterinária e experimental, especificamente na angiologia e cirurgia vascular, dermatologia, caumatologia-cirurgia reconstrutiva, e geriatria. aplica-se em úlceras recalcitrantes associadas com lesões na macro e/ou microvasculatura, a sujeitos com retorno venoso e/ou linfático insuficiente e em úlceras ou outras lesões rebeldes à cicatrização e/ou cura.
