Abstract

"MéTODO PARA FABRICAR PNEUS EM UM SISTEMA FLEXìVEL DE FABRICAçãO". Trata-se de um método de produzir simultaneamente séries de produção de pneus 200 sobre um sistema de fabricação de pneu seq³encial de multi-estação 10, sendo que os pneus 200 são de um grupo de tipos de pneu de especificações de construção diferentes em tamanhos de lote de um ou mais pneus. As etapas incluem: programar a série de produção atribuindo um software de construção de pneu, onde o programa de software realiza as etapas de: selecionar o equipamento e materiais de construção de pneu requeridos para os respectivos tipos de pneu; calcular o número correspondente de ciclos que cada peça de equipamento de construção deve realizar para construir um dado lote; e mudar automaticamente para uma segunda especificação de construção em uma mudança de lote ao mudar para uma segunda especificação de construção após o último pneu 200 da primeira especificação passar; repetir a mudança automática para a próxima especificação de construção em cada estação (11-16 e 71-74) à medida que cada último pneu 200 de cada lote anterior passa até um lote final ser produzido. O sistema de fabricação de pneu seq³encial de multi-estação 10 possui pelo menos quatro estações para construir a carcaça 4, sendo que cada estação (11-16) é espaçada em uma distância predeterminada e de preferência uma montagem de correia de banda de rodagem de multi-estação 30 que possui estações de trabalho (71-74) separadas da linha de construção de carcaça 20 onde a carcaça 4 e as montagens de correia de banda de rodagem 3 são unidas em um molde segmentado de trava automática 50.
